JM Lexus

My wife and I got to JM Lexus on Saturday around 6:00pm and was told by the receptionist that everybody was busy before finishing the day and we had to wait for sometime or come back tomorrow. Then Robert came out and said he would be very happy to help us. He is warm, polite, professional and knowledgeable. After we told him what we want and our preferences, he immediately provided all the options and the best way to meet our requirements. Believe it or not, we got the deal done in less than one hour. Thanks for Robert working late to get all documentation done promptly so that we could drive the car home the same day. We are very happy with his service and more importantly we got a really good deal on this beautiful Lexus RX-350!

German was amazing. From start to finish he was patient with me and listen to all my wants and needs. In the end he helped me select the perfect car with the right equipment in it. On delivery day he went through everything with me numerous times just to make sure I was comfortable with the navigation etc. I had to leave my lease there until I could return it to the other dealership and on the day I did German drove my car over for me and was very patient as I turned in my lease. This is the second car we leased from JM Lexus. Our salesman, Robert Kohl, made the experience of leasing our new car so easy. He was very professional, knowledgeable and made us feel extremely comfortable. After leasing the car he even came to the house to program the garage door opener when we weren't able to do it.
