Elizabeth Misiura was the sales person I worked with and she was amazing start to finish. she made me feel so comfortable and she really worked to get me in the car I wanted. she listened and explained things so well. I couldn't be happier with my experience or the car. I absolutely love it. I'm a lifetime customer !

Very friendly environment..prompt service. Like the lounge area with the DD service. I noticed the staff is very relaxed and not in a rush.

Great experience I have nothing but great things to say about the salesman Mark D, Sales Manager Joe Ross and Finance Manger Omir! The professional, no pressure approach was refreshing and appreciated. All three gentlemen stayed 1 hour past the close of the dealership to take care of me and make sure I was well taken care of through the process. So long as Toyota continues to make Tacoma trucks I will be purchasing them from Toyota of Scranton.
