I found both Sue and Mark to be very knowledgeable and professional. I explained what I was looking for and they were able to not only meet my expectations but exceeded them. They made my lease experience a pleasurable one without all the usual hassle you get with some dealerships. I will highly recommend Toyota of Scranton and both Sue and Mark to my friends.

I was looking for a new car and had limited time to do so. After checking the website I was contacted via e-mail by Amanda Tucker and corresponded numerous times with her for info, schedules, etc. She was a huge help, followed up all my inquiries promptly, saved me a lot of time and trouble. When I stopped in the sales associate I worked with was Billy Mulligan. He was an incredible help. He was the nicest sales associate I have ever dealt with purchasing a vehicle. Car salesmen have a "reputation" whether jokingly or not and he is the exception. I'm a single Mom putting a child through college alone after her dad passed away. I had a bottom line, needed the best. most reliable car I could get for my budget. Billy spent hours with me, literally, on 2 separate occasions going over all options from buying to leasing, prices, special offers, getting it financed. I felt like he was the most honest sales person I had ever dealt with. We took cars for a ride, he walked the entire parking lot with me on a 90 degree day showing me cars. He worked to get me the best trade in he could on my car. After making my decision a gentlemen named Kenny (do not have last name) did all the financial work. He was also extremely helpful, explained everything page by page, was very nice. Billy ran around the showroom seeing to the service department getting the car ready, then sat in the car with me and explained EVERYTHING, programming the radio, the bluetooth, the entire functionality of the car. I honestly could not have been more pleased. I took the last 2 business cards Billy had out to put on the bulletin board at work and will give him as much business as I can. He is the 'exception' to the sales person rule, I am thrilled he was the person that said "Hi, what can I do to help you today" when I walked into the showroom. Toyota can be proud of this young man, he is an asset to their work force. Kudos to Billy Mulligan of Toyota of Scranton.

Ashley helped me set up my appointment which was very nice. Then when I came in I was greeted as soon as I stepped out of my car by Kevin who kept me updated about my car. The service was very nice and friendly.

Working with Ashley and Cathy to buy my new Camry was a great experience. They were helpful, informative and very friendly! I would recommend them to family and friends, and will return myself for future purchases. They made something that can sometimes be stressful seem easy!

Great people who take care of their customers. Their staff is courteous and very professional. Also the place is pet friendly! Bring the dog when you get the oil changed and they take their picture and put it on the bulletin board.

I purchased my car from Toyota of Scranton a few years ago and since then have had it serviced there exclusively. The prices are extremely reasonable especially for the quality of work performed. The waiting area is comfortable and even has fireplaces and a Dunkin Donuts in it. When I schedule an appointment the people on the phone are very helpful and can usually fit me in on one of my very few days off. I have been very pleased with my experience to date and would recommend them to anyone.

I wasn't actually ready to buy until I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Bechaver, she was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I went home to speak to my husband and bring him to look at the models suggested to me. We will be going back this weekend to hopefully pick my car,

We basically worked with two people at Scranton Toyota. Doug and George. Both were friendly and helpful. Doug worked hard to get the vehicle we wanted (avalon hybrid). George was there for the delivery of the car. I hope the service department is just as good! Overall it was a pleasant experience!

Very easy to deal with dealership. Friendly staff from start to finish which is attentive to every detail. It may be trivial but it meant a lot to me, after signing the papers I was taken to my truck which was parked in an air conditioned bay where the staff gave me a thorough tour of my new truck. Taryn even took the time to connect my wife's and my phone to the truck via Bluetooth and explain every detail of the vehicle. This dealership goes above and beyond the typical car dealership. I highly recommend.

Carl was knowledgable, courteous and friendly. He found the exact vehicle my family and I needed! He showed me all the features of my vehicle and I never felt pressured into buying.
