Purchased a used MKX and couldn't be happier!! My salesman, Patrick, was easy to work with and explained everything in detail. Dave, my finance guy, was also super helpful. Great experience!!

My sister was in the market to upgrade from her 2013 Flex Limited Ecoboost to a newer model and I wanted one myself, although I was NOT in the market at the time. Given that they are few and far between on Long Island (or the tri-state for that matter) and only after a not-so-pleasant experience with a local dealer (whom shall remain nameless), we made a weekend out of it at our 2nd home in the Poconos, a short half-hour drive away from Coccia. Long story short and after working with us, Frank Vieira and Dave Dixon made the process virtually seamless and actually pleasurable. They were polite, upfront, honest and fair from the start and she couldn't be happier with her decision to move forward. As it was, she purchased a 2019 in White Platinum outfitted just as her 2013, with just a few nuances. Shortly thereafter, I decided to trade my 2014 Chrysler 300S for the same model in Magnetic Metallic and once again, both Frank and Dave rose to the occasion and made it happen for me as well. We couldn't be anymore grateful for the service we received and would gladly purchase/lease another car from them in the future.
