    A shout out to Lori Thomas, a wonderful sales rep with a great personality, she was very knowledgeable she knew her job. She was able to answer questions,... spent time with us. Making us feel comfortable, she provided us with financing options, open communication, if she said she was going to do it, she did it. She was honest. We are sooo happy with our Lincoln MKS. I would recommend Coccia to anyone looking for a car. I am definitely sold on Coccia. Thank you.

    I cannot say enough about Coccia Ford Lincoln. Our sales guru was Brad Dwyer and he was professional, courteous and funny. He took the time to go through... the entire system of the 2012 Lincoln MKS we purchased, which was a lot and even synced up my phone with it. We had an issue with the door panel access to our car and as promised, he set it up with service to have it repaired. He stayed in touch to let us know what was going on. The Lincoln MKS is GORGEOUS. It was in showroom shape and we got a great deal on it. Brad made sure the oil was changed and had a full tank of gas for us to hit the road. The Lincoln showroom was beautiful and even though we were buying VERY used, we were treated as if we were buying one of the brand new cars off the floor. Financing was easy. We were able to give the majority of our information over the phone, once we decided on the car we wanted and Coccia worked to get all of the paperwork together for our pickup the following day. It took one hour and we were out the door. I would recommend Brad Dwyer and Coccia Ford Lincoln to anyone looking for ease in purchase and a professional car buying experience.

    Phil Iorio was a real pleasure to work with and provided excellent service throughout the purchase of my vehicle. He knows the details about the cars and... was able to answer all my questions. This was by far the best car buying experience I've had.

    Lori Thomas made our buying experience at Coccia seamless and exceptional. She took the time to show us multiple vehicles and treated us le we were the... only customer there. This was our first time at Coccia but will not be the last. Highly recommend Lori and team.

    Our 4th purchase this being our 1st new/lease. Patrick Yearling has been our salesman and expertly explained the leasing process and answered all our questions.... He is “The Best”. Also a deserved “shout out” for Barry Williams, finance manager. All personnel that we have come in contact with have been very friendly and helpful. For us, Coccia is the only car dealership in Northeast Pa. to purchase a vehicle!

    Lori Thomas at Coccia Lincoln made my purchasing experience exceptional. She was extremely well versed in all of the vehicles that I looked at and explained... all of the options to me. Lori answered all of my questions in detail and never made me feel pressured. Lori was probably the BEST salesperson that I have ever dealt with at any dealership. Her upbeat outgoing personality and knowledge of the Lincoln vehicles made my buying experience a pleasure!
