I went to MotorWorld to look for my first car. The sales person who helped me, his name was Ryan. He was a very nice man to work with. He did not push... me into buying the car. Engine light came on went to garage had it checked out have insurance wanted to charge us $88 to put on diagnostic machine Told us it was spark plugs and... wires Car should have been Check before storm got car back and walked out refuse to pay $88

When you came in for a check engin...e light and our service advisor put your vehicle on the scan tool, we found the code but due to the mileage on your vehicle, it was due for new spark plugs and other maintenance items. Diagnosis is always the customer?s responsibility. In order to continue with the diagnostic test and determine was the main issue was, we needed customer authorization so that we could submit the issue to your extended warranty company.
