Friendly Workers and Great Cars!

I went to MotorWorld to look for my first car. The sales person who helped me, his name was Ryan. He was a very nice man to work with. He did not push me into buying the car. He did whatever he was able to do to make sure I got the right price for the car. I definitely recommend going to MotorWorld and buying a car from there! The whole staff is friendly as well.

No high pressure

Everyone was extremely courteous and accommodating. We appreciated that there was no high pressure involved which we had found in many other dealers in the past A pleasant experience.

Great showroom and friendly Staff.

The salesperson (Tony Kampas) new all the information about the car i wanted. He was excellent. I will do bussiness with him again.

Friendly Service and Great Cars

This was my first visit to MotorWorld, but it is unlikely to be my last. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I actually ended up purchasing two vehicles in one trip, one for my wife and one for myself. I am in love with my car and am very happy to recommend MotorWorld for your vehicular needs.

Professional Dealership

My late husband and I have been dealing with Bernice Brezinski for many years and have always had a wonderful experience with her. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and patient. My most recent acquisition was handled by Bernice and Jim Partington, who was also very helpful and professional. Those two, along with Dan Coslett, made this selection very easy and pleasant.

Great experience with no pressure

It started and ended with a very pleasant, affable, respectful, and patient sales person, Mr. Alex Colvin. I was impressed by his patience most of all, especially in terms of understanding our needs, some indecision on our part, and my fight for a particular price point. Alex was attentive, always respectful, and helped achieve a great deal on a great car for my son to utilize for college commuting. We never felt pressured and he never appeared frustrated during our decision points. We are thankful for that and the honest pricing without the silly back and forth to get what we wanted.

Poor salesmanship

I called Monday June 29 about a used Acura TSX. I made an appointment to see it with salesman John Costa. . I loved it and wanted to purchase it but needed to check with my husband first. I called John the next day and went over a few things with him and he needed to check with his manager about a question I had. He stated he would get back to me in a few minutes. Well day three has passed and I have yet to hear from John Costa. I received an email from a tracking website on Wednesday saying that the Acura TSX is no longer available. Wth!!! I called John Wednesday after receiving the text message from the tracking website and he never responded. I called Thursday and he never returned my call. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from motor world. I found them to be unprofessional and rude in the fact that they never returned my calls. My husband said he had the same treatment when he was there with a friend who was looking to buy a vehicle there a few months ago. They are vultures in the parking lot waiting to grab you to get you to buy a car. But salesman John Costa would have made a sale had he called me like he said he would. I truly can't believe this. I loved the Acura and was looking forward to owning it. To have them sell it out from under me is unbelievable I guess I wouldn't mind it as much if they could be grown men and confess to what actually happened. Someone came along and offered them more money than the deal I had agreed upon. Unbelievable!! They are xxxx.

Overall good experience

Salesman Stan Libman and sales manger Richard Moore worked hard to get me the Toyota Corolla that I wanted for the price I could afford.
