Letter of appreciation for Donald Malloy

Dear Donnie, I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the amazing job you did with our purchase of a used Nissan Leaf. We were looking for an electric car that would allow me to go to work and run small errands in town. Also, our daughter will start driving soon and we wanted a small car for her that she could drive to school and back without needing to find a job to pay for gasoline. We found the Nissan Leaf that you sold us online, from the certified-used vehicle program website of Nissan. I called you for details and you immediately impressed me with your knowledge of the vehicle and advantages and disadvantages of an electric car. We had been looking for a while and we generally found that car associates were rather clueless about electric cars, possibly because of their limited market share today. We live in Delaware, so far way from your location (Fred Beans in Doylestown, PA) that we would not have been able to drive the car back with one charge. It was a problem and we emailed you back and forth for a while to negotiate options and alternatives. It was the best car sale experience we ever had. Dealing with an intelligent car associate like yourself, interested in closing the deal in a manner that is the most satisfactory for all parties involved, was excellent and gratifying. amazing experience

First off I live in NJ where buying cars from NJ dealers is a nightmare. I called Fred Beans Nissan spoke with Jim Rackett whom is a salesman. I advised him I wanted to trade in my Ram 1500 for a Nissan Sentra. He was extremely kind and was very willing to make sure I got a great deal for traveling from central Jersey to them to trade my car in. Once I arrived it was BY FAR the most pleasant car shopping experience of my life. THERE WAS NO PRESSURE AT ALL!!!!! I told him what I wanted for my trade and for the Sentra. HE delivered and I even got more money for my trade!! I would def come back here in the future when I need a car and have already recommended him to many people for their future car purchases. 2017 nissan pathfinder/reinsel

This has been the best experience I have had in the past 44 years. Our sales person was sensitive to our needs and did not put any pressure on us. The sales manager was amazing. He worked with our finances with a understanding of our life situation. The financial rep was just as amazing. He did not put any pressure on making us purchase anything extra, however did explain all that was available to us to buy.

2017 maxima/Abert

Mina was very helpful and professional. He did a great job of showing me all the features of the car. He was very polite and personable. This is my 3rd time leasing a car form Thompson and they have all been pleasant

Wonderful Service and Friendly Salesman Donnie

We were searching for a Suburban to add a little more room for our family of 7. I contacted Donnie about another Suburban and he pointed out this one at the Newtown dealership. Donnie they arranged to go to another dealership and meet me there to purchase the car. He was friendly and helpful with our questions. We drove 1.5 hours to purchase the car and don't regret it. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish. The rest of the staff at Fred Beans Newtown were great too! We actually bought our 2004 Envoy from a Fred Beans Dealership and were just as pleased with the way they handle things.
