2nd car even better than first!

Didn’t even need to test drive to get my perfect car! John Sell was always in touch with me and made the process seamless. Brent the manager was friendly, efficient and got me in and out of the dealership quickly.

Experience with North Penn was great. Did most of the negotiating via online before making the purchase. On the day of the purchase everything was "hassle free."

Best employees: Dan, sales👏 Brent, finance👏

Dan has now sold me 2 cars, 2011 cx7 and now 2019 cx5. Because I dealt with Dan before i felt comfortable discussing what I was looking for in a new car and knew he was listening. Dan is the best! 🤗 Brent has helped me get the best bank loan. I caused him a problem with the loan but Brent was able to help correct my error. Brent is the best!🙂

Routine oil change

I hate to leave any type of negativity when sharing my opinion but sometimes it can be useful to the company to help better the customer service. The people who work in the service department are generally knowledgeable but I had a terrible experience when paying my bill. The girl was so unprofessional and couldn’t be bothered answering my question about a car loaner and rudely told me “I have no idea”. Well my thought is, it’s your department and you should have some knowledge about a general service. She didn’t even make eye contact. Really poor skills on this girls part. It made her look completely lazy and stupid in my opinion.

Great service and courtesy car for a routine oil change. Accomadated my schedule and was flexible with pick up and drop off even during a snow storm!
