Everything was great, but charging extra for using a credit card is just wrong. Service c”is often unexpectedly expensive. This is bad enough. Customers shouldn’t then be charged extra for using a credit card.

Unlike most car dealers, North Penn Mazda deals with honesty, integrity, openness, and full disclosure. They are much further from my home in Holland, PA than 2 other Mazda dealers, but I have visited them and wouldn't go back. North Penn treats me with respect, will work with me in the way I prefer, and come to a good price very quickly without the negotiation games other dealers employ. I am totally satisfied with my experience there.
