First Acura Purchase

Matt Wendelken is extremely personable. He understood that I was purchasing my first Acura and took his time explaining all of the benefits of switching to a luxury vehicle. I appreciated his knowledge and willingness to work with me and my budget.

Helpful and egalitarian

Everyone talked to BOTH of us, not just the male half of the couple.. So many other dealerships act like I (the woman) have no interest in or ability to understand cars. In addition, everything was very clearly explained and there was no pressure.

Amazing Service

Sean was extremely helpful and kind throughout the entire process, and made my first car purchase/leasing experience so easy and enjoyable. He knew an answer to every question we asked and was quick to show us all of the cool quirks that came with the ILX. A huge bonus was when the mechanic was able to stay a little later to hook up the wiring for my car, so I could drive it off the lot that day. Huge thanks to all!

Disappointed Customer

Its sad when the salesman doesn't know the special promotions Acura offers. He was easily annoyed when asking questions he couldn't answer. This dealership use to be 5 stars. Sadly its gone down hill. The facility needs to be remodeled especially in the service area and rest rooms. Not a good representation of a luxury dealership. The car was nor detailed. When questioned about it and requested fir it to be done, no response. Simply ignored.

Friendly and efficient experience

Friendly and efficient interactions with salesman and financial manager. They answered all questions and worked very hard to satisfy the buyer's needs.

Service advisor

Wasted my time. Scheduled appointment a week ahead and told them problem on the phone when I arrived at the dealership they advised me to get something else fixed. In my case it was showing some camera codes at the glass shop where I went to get my windshield replaced. On the phone a week ago Acura said they diagnose those codes advised me to leave the car for a day to be diagnosed. However, when I have arrived at the dealer told me to get the windshield replaced first then they will look into it even though those codes maybe not related to windshield as the dealership did not event the troubleshoot the issues. They made a blank statement without knowing the issue and wanted my time.

Worst Dealership

Avoid this dealership at all costs. I purchased a CPO car here in March 2018 and have only been able to put 600 miles on it due to the amount of fatal problems , which they want me to fix. When has a clutch ever failed in 600 miles (12k total on the car)? They originally admitted to the problem during a settlement offering a return of the car and additional cash, then changed tune after two months of avoidance in which they lied about the problems and settlement terms. Very hard to reach for service, lying to customers about problems, shady business in general. Do yourself a huge favor and shop elsewhere.

Amazing experience

Kevin Lee was phenomenal...dealership is incredible. Kevin was incredibly professional and personal and made the whole buying process as painless as it can be. I would highly recommend Kevin and Piazza Acura Ardmore for your next purchase!

Above and beyond normal service!!!!

They are 5 star....my sales woman Deneen is the best...this is my second car from here and my experience is only getting better. They make sure that you are 100% satisfied with their product and service!! Highly recommend you stop in at Piazza Acura of Admore !!

SUPERIOR SERVICE and PRICING

From start to finish I received phenomenal pricing, service and delivery! Everything was done through the internet and my ILX was delivered to my door! I asked for their best price and I was given the best price the FIRST TIME! No games, no back and forth, no hidden fees, just total professionalism and the sense of this Dealership isn't looking to rip you off. I reside in Abington and was concerned about servicing my car. I was told by Jamie, Sales Director - Whom I worked with, that for the servicing they can set up pick up of my vehicle and leave me with a loaner vehicle and then coordinate returning the vehicle to me once it’s done. Their main focus is doing business on the customers time and what is best the customer! Talk about customer service! I'm beyond satisfied with this Dealership; words cannot truly justify my immediate thoughts of contentment. Rest assured, go visit Piazza Acura of Armore, or you could even do as I did and contact them through the internet. Ask for their best price and you'll get it! I give major kudos to Deneen Strickler my Sales Consultant and Jamie Di Febo Sales Director. The two of them worked extremely well together and within five hours of my accepting their proposal of the BEST DEAL other Acura Dealers couldn't beat, my car was delivered to my door!
