Seamless process

My sales person was Deneen and she was no nonsense yet professional, friendly, informative and helpful. She showed me options of leasing vs financing to allow me to be an informed buyer. My intent was to finance/buy as that's exactly what Deneen assisted me to do. The entire process was not long and there was no sales pitch to persuade me one way or another which I greatly appreciated. Deneen eagerly accepted my True Car certificate which eliminated the unnecessary negotiating back and forth.

Pure Class. Highly recommend this dealer

My experience with Piazza was stellar! I have had Acuras before, with my latest ones purchased from Piazza. Kevin Lee was my salesperson. Very easy to deal with and a true gentleman. Seek him out if you are buying a car here. Pete was the sales manager and both of them went out of their way to help me through the purchase and make my car buying experience enjoyable, and, as we all know, a bad dealership can be a very stressful experience. Not Piazza!! I normally don't write these recomendations, but in this case, it so exceeded my expectations, I had to do it. Buy at Piazza. You won't regret it. PS And there service department is also excellent. Fast and friendly

Great experience

What a refreshing and no hassle experience I had. I would highly recommend my salesman Kevin Lee He was very patient and took all the time needed to make sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. He is courteous and attentive. Such a relief to know when I need to purchase another vehicle, I can look forward to lease my next car

Just Lease my new car

After going to another dealership for help with leasing and not having the best experience, I felt in love with the customer service Kevin Y Lee provided at this location. He answered all my questions, had a lot of patiences, took care of my husband and I while waiting, he made all the difference! I definitly will recommend this location to my family and friends because great customer service makes a difference. Thank you Kevin Lee.

Tiguan

I went to Piazza to buy certified Tiguan for my wife and It has been very fast. Jim has been very friendly and useful during the process, open to negotiation too. So everything was great: great salesman, fast process and great car! I totally recommend this dealer.

Deceitful Sales tactics

Via Consumer Reports i requested a price and the immediately send me one that looked fair. The head of sales Jamie Difebo emailed me separately with a VIN Number in Stock, confirming the price and assuring me there were "No tricks, hidden fees, or embedded rebates" I took off early and went to buy it When i got there they did not have the car on the lot and said that they could not honor the price because it included a $1000 Lease rebate and I wanted to purchase the vehicle. They could not understand why I was upset and refused to give me the keys to my car they took to evaluate for a trade in. Unbelievably poor service!!

Horrible service

Felt very uncomfortable I felt like they didn't want to sell me a car , The sales guy had a very negative vibe , I felt rushed , seem like he was getting irritated because I was asking him questions about the car ,I was kind of indecisive between two cars , when I asked if I can test drive the car it was only 8 PM he told me that they lock the keys up for the night but they don't close until 9 PM .. I called over the phone and asked if it was OK that I came around 730 because I work late. They told me that was fine because they don't close till nine ... he just kept walking away it just seemed like he just didn't want to help me at all ....

Great Service

Jonathan was very friendly and was super helpful in making my buying process quick and easy. Had a great experience at Piazza and would recommend to anybody in the market for Acura!

Great experiece!

Really enjoyed working with Jonathan! He made the process so quick and easy. Didn't expect much when I walked in but Jonathan was willing to work with the numbers I had in mind and I ended up leaving with a car on the same day! Strong recommend to others!

Terrific professionalism, great dealership!

We knew what we wanted and the entire buying experience was painless -- Denine was extremely responsive and took good care of our needs. John had all our paperwork all done and extremely easy to work with. Pete Maxwell, the GM -what can I say, a really nice gentleman and you can tell why people are happy at and with Ardmore!
