RDX Sales and Service
Sean Hagerty was our sales expert and he was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly patient and made sure to listen to our desires and concerns. At the end of the day, he ensured that we got what we wanted at a great price. The service department here has been great as well. When my new RDX had an issue, everyone did their best to figure out the problem and fix it. Overall, the employees ensure that the customer is happy.

Excellent Service - Always!
Ryan Tepper was my service representative. I placed a call in the morning explaining that my battery had gone dead overnight on two separate occasions. He told me to bring the car in at that time and it would be checked out. If I needed to be placed in a loaner, he would arrange that. My are was taken in immediately after arriving and the problem was detected. The time to service it was estimated as less than an hour. I was able to wait in the pleasant atmosphere of the waiting room. Ryan had me in and out in the time quoted. I am always pleased with the service received at this dealership. All of the service representatives are pleasant and thorough in explaining the details of your situation. Maintenance and service of your vehicle is important. Piazza Acura of Ardmore is exceptional! The shuttle service gentleman was very patient and professional. The services managers are always quick to assist me whenever I go in for service. And service is dinevquickly. Great place great people.

Great Job!!1
While driving my Acura MDX on a Saturday afternoon, engine light came on and I start losing power on my vehicle. I called Acura service and they scheduled me for Wednesday next week to bring the car for check up. That's almost 4 days away, so I called Tom (service Manager) and left him a message as I knew that service center closes at 3 PM on Saturday. Tom called me back on the same day and left me a message to bring the vehicle on Monday and also confirmed a loaner as long as my car is in repair. I really appreciate Tom and also Ryan for overseeing the repair work on my vehicle. My car was repaired much earlier than the estimated time they gave me. Great experience. Thank you.

Great Service Team
I've been to other Acura dealerships and Piazza in Ardmore is by far the best. The team makes you feel welcome and it's a very positive environment overall. I truly feel that every customer is treated fairly and respectfully. It's usually the same people there every time I go so I know they work hard and are sometimes tired. I just wanted to say you have a great team and I feel 100% confident my car is in good care and my money is well spent. Thank you Bryant, Dawn, and everyone else I appreciate your hospitality!!

Once again you've exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was taken in for service and my annual inspection. After hearing about other family members experience I was a little worried. However it was all for nothing as my vehicle passed inspection with a few dollars left for lunch. Thank you for never over charging while continually providing exceptional service.
