I was satisfied with our experience of purchasing a new car.

Jonathan did a great job in working with us to find the RDX that we wanted. He was very professional and answered all of our questions. He worked with us on trading in a car as well and this also went very smoothly. When I pointed out a small ding in the paint on the new RDX we were about to purchase he also assured us this could be corrected in the coming week. My '09 Acura TSX

I had several major issues (broken right mirror and tail lights not working). The team of experts diagnosed the problems in addition to noting that I had forgotten to get my safety inspection. All of the problems were resolved in less than 24 hours. Thank you!

Great buying experience at Piazza Acura

After owning 3 BMWs, I purchased my first Acura MDX, largely in part to the great sales team at Piazza Acura Ardmore. Jonathan and Jamie were very knowledgeable, professional and patient as I was making my decision. I would highly recommend Piazza Acura in Ardmore.

Thinking Tiguan? WARNING! Stop and read before buying Tiguan. Volkswagen Piazza in Ardmore The myth of Tiguan We purchased 2009 Tiguan 2 years ago at about 25,000 miles. The engine broke and we needed a new engine. No explanation provided by the dealer why the engine failed after 6 years. The new engine cost us $8,000. Two weeks ago, I found the Tiguan floor flooded with water. I took the car again to the dealership at Piazza VW Ardmore. The diagnostic was a broken roof drain hose. The water inside the car was so high that it damaged electronic and computer that is located under the seats. The cost of repair is over $4,000. The hose is not a mechanical part and it should last way longer than it did. It?s definitely a faulty part. I wonder if other Tiguan owners experience frequent problem of that kind. I am reluctant to pay for that faulty part expecting the dealership take responsibility and the dealership?s answer was ?if you don?t pay by the end of the week, we will declare the car as abandoned?.

great service

Very courteous service managers, prompt service and overall great professionalism. Service manager listened to problem, gave prompt appointment and arranged loaner car. I was communicated with findings and cost and vehicle was delivered as promised on time.

Honest and fair

More than expected

I arrived a little early and they took my car immediately. I was told it would take about 1to 1 1/2 hours. Well 30 minutes later I was notified my car was ready and washed my car. The best thing I could say is Thank You!!!!!!!!!!
