I love my VW EOS and I loved all the employees at Piazza Ardmore. Sue was the salesperson I dealt with. I have never had such a wonderful, pleasant experience purchasing a car in all my life. Customer service was superb. Other VW dealerships should go get lessons from Piazza VW on how to treat potential customers, and retaining them. I am a Piazza customer for life.

Best Piazza dealership. That service department is the best. They do their best on every car the service. The valets do an excellent job on vacuuming and washing all the cars that go through the breezeway

We could not have received a more helpful and satisfying experience than was provided by Matthew and Scott. .i was floored on how kind and helpful on 4/6 Tom was with me. i had been involved in an MVA on 4/5 and found my vehical undrivable. i desperately needed a 6 passenger car for 4/6 and Tom was fantastic in allowing me to use a loaner MDX. The Piazza Acura family is great. Everyone at Ardmore is friendly, efficient, and courteous. Bought our MDX from the sister dealership in Reading and Ardmore still gave me the FREE Inspection that was offered from Reading. They also honored a coupon from their West Chester dealership as well. The loaner was clean. My car came back clean and my time waiting was minimal. Ardmore provides excellent service and their operations are streamlined.
