I gave the facilities three stars because the restroom didn't have paper towel to dry your hands. 😳 Also Tom Guido I felt was a little pushy when it came to trying to sell me an extra warranty. I had to tell him no twice. I also told Tahir of how much I intended to put down. When I told Guido I had to go to the bank to get a cashier's check he asked if I wanted to pay half with a credit/debit card. When I informed him that Tahir was taking me to the bank , his demeanor changed. I think he thought I was going to drive away and not fulfill the deal I made. I felt a little disappointed in his actions. I am not going to "steal" a car, without paying. I'm more intelligent than that. When I brought the full check amount back, I know he ate crow. PLEASE DON'T JUDGE A BOOK, BY it's cover!!!

Overall pleasant experience
Nico was really efficient in helping setting up my appointment, however I came half hour early and Nico was with a customer, so instead of making me wait, he asked Tahir to assist me. Tahir is a great salesman, very enthusiastic and personable.

Great EXCEPT
Tahir Briggs has the most professional presence and attitude of any salesperson I've met. He was kind, knowledgeable, honest, and courteous. The other gentleman I met, the GM, Michael Freeman made me feel welcome when I walked in. I appreciate this level of customer service because buying a car is a major purchase. I didn't feel pressured at all.
