I called to make a sales appointment and to discuss target pricing for a new lease. I was told the price I mentioned would be “no problem.” I called back a second time to confirm my appointment, make and model of the car I planned to lease, and price. When I arrived at Martin Mainline Honda I realized I was not on the schedule and was placed with David. David did a good job managing what I was told on the phone and what he was actually able to offer.

Great Experience
Very nice salesman and business manager. Normal people. Whole process very easy and fast. Drove two hours because they had the car we wanted in stock. Completed transaction in 2.5 hours. Roman and Andre were great.

I recently bought a used car from Martin Main Line Honda. Everyone there was very helpful and I was only at the dealer for two hours buying my first car from a dealer of this size. I bought a used CRV and needed the car delivered the following day. I asked them to clean the vehicle and find out what was wrong with the radio because it wasn’t working. Fast forward to the next day, car arrives, vacuumed and the outside polished...radio isn’t working and my reverse camera isn’t functioning either. I had no problem getting someone on the phone to discuss this. But I can’t take it back to get it fixed for 2 weeks. I would’ve given 5 stars otherwise.

the salesman was very informative and did not put pressure on me to buy,the price offered was very fair. this was our third car bought at this dealership. we will definitely return.
