No xxxxxxxx sales talk- just answers .When I first called and indicated that I was looking at a Toyota Camry and wanted a comparable price on the Honda I am mediately received one

Poor customer service. Disrespectful and unprofessional. The sales team did not put in effort to listen to and resolve my concerns. They were inadequate at planning

Incredible fun service

Patrick spends a lot of time with us, he is clearly having a good time, which is infectious. it is helpful that I have been working the Patrick and Dave and Lucy (sold me an Odyssey) for years and there are still there. I'm recently retired and the price was important to me. They trust my wife and I to test drive alone. Great experience, a lot of fun.

CRV purchase

Steve was great throughout the process. When sales manager (Joe?) intruded we were ready to walk out. If you are in sales and you can’t read a customer, it’s time to move on.
