Great service and customer focused sales rep

Such a wonderful experience to purchase a car with this dealership. Great customer service and the sales rep was astonishingly kind and customer focused. I am 100% happy with my Accord and their services.

Pleasant experience, got the car I've been wishing for.

Friendly, helpful staff-from salesman to sales manager, to the finance manager to the technical specialist. They made for a very pleasant, easy buying experience. It took a long time to get the car, but good things come to those who wait! And, since I hadn't eaten that day, and we were there for a few hours, I asked if there was somewhere nearby where I could buy a sandwich, and the salesman brought us pizza and sandwiches! I didn't expect that.

Great service

Tony LOngo is great at service. He truly takes care of client. Service was excellent as well. Honda was very flexible and that was very appreciated.

the salesperson was more than a someone just trying to make a sale, but took a real interest in my needs and didn't try to oversell me on a car or add ons, I didn't need or want.

Great Sales Experience

It was the second time that we dealt with Ali Alyasiri working with us on buying a Honda. Ali was courteous and professional and really helped us make the right decision without overly pushing us. He was knowledgable about the products and was able to answer all our questions and help us work within our budget.

Excellent customer service @ Martin Mainline Honda

All the salesmen and the sales manager were friendly and helpful; Our salesman was Amir, who is very nice, and when I asked if there was a nearby sandwich place or something (I hadn't eaten anything, and we were there for hours)-he went somewhere in the building and came back with pizza and sandwiches for us! Nino, the sales manager was helpful and friendly and we shmoozed about Italy and such things. I am in customer service myself, so I know and appreciate good customer service.

Julie is fabulous!

Julie was a fabulous car salesperson. She was professional and ensured that I had a good chance to check out the vehicle we wished to purchase. Our negotiations - if you can even call them that - were prompt and courteous. I came away feeling like I paid a fair price and, just as importantly, that Julie and Martin's cared about my experience and the van itself. Five stars all the way.
