They don't listen to nothing you tell them over charge
They don't listen to nothing you tell them over charge people. Charge my card without my permission. Called them to complain about the service nick the manger never responded back. How can you'll tell me at first don't worry about the tolls but go behind my back in charge my credit card without my permission. I never give you my car for nothing but to pay for my service. The worker Seth lie to me I would never bring my car to them again. Jonathan is the worst advisor he doesn't communicate with his customers at all. I call cooperation wait for a week for someone to respond back for them to tell me that I have to talk to someone at the dealership however when u call the dealership u can't never reach the manger

My experience was seamless. Ewan was amazing. He was thorough, knowledgeable and beyond accommodating during this process. Every team member was equally welcoming which made me feel at home. This was the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. BMW Mainline is awesome! Thank you again.

Terrible customer service, especially in their service department. Don’t waste your time!! Good luck getting through to anyone when you really need them and when you do, they’re not helpful at all!!
