Usually l receive great service at Mainline BMW. . Today was not the case. After l was told my vehicle was finished and ready. I waited 0ver 20 minutes and no vehicle. I was then told the person that was to have my car washed went on break, unacceptable especially since I was told 20 minutes prior it was ready. Next thing was my insurance and registration papers were not in my vehicle Ughhh. When l called and inquired about my paperwork, I was told my documents would be emailed to me and the originals would be mailed to me. I was sent only my registration card but no insurance card (smh). Not my best experience at mainline BMW.

Knowledgeable sales person, Pete, was quickly able to point me to a car that I wanted. The purchase experience, which included learning about service plans and extended warranties, was satisfying. Very professional from start to finish.

Purchase went smoothly and quickly , but two accessories
Purchase went smoothly and quickly , but two accessories promised 3 weeks ago still not received. I contacted sales rep to get status of accessories, but no response.

This dealership's staff are always polite and well-trained. I've found, over many years, that service is provided on time and competently. My service contact, Rony, has been very good about communicating with me from the start to the finish of a planned service event.

Staff was very nice.
Staff was very nice. Nice facility. Pointed out issues that should have been addressed before I bought the car one month ago from a different dealer. “Sunroof drain cleaning” was very pricey for a procedure that probably took 5 minutes. Sloppy car wash. This place is closest to my home, so if I keep the car, I’ll likely be back.

I do not like buying cars-- the last time I had done so
I do not like buying cars-- the last time I had done so was literally 25 years ago. I purchase them for cash, and then drive them until the wheels fall off. I also had never considered purchasing a used car before. However, car prices have sky-rocketed, and there was a 2019 Subaru Impreza with less than 10,000 miles on it at BMW of the Main Line. I called that morning about the car, which I'd seen advertised, intending just to test drive it. I drove away as its new owner it at the end of the day. The salesperson was Louise, and she was great. Very patient, answered all of my questions, took me for a lengthy test drive, in traffic, on the Schuylkill, on windy and hilly roads. I was certainly not one of their high-end customers, they were not going to be selling me a $100,000 BMW. But I was treated as if I was. There was no high-pressure tactics, they were willing to negotiate the price, and I got the feeling that they know that having a satisfied customer is always good business-- you never know who they will be sending to that company. And by the way, even their original price was at the lower end of what I was seeing for used Imprezas in my area with similar age and mileage. I would highly recommend them!
