Drop my call off for a simple mechanical issue and gave my Warrenty Company info to the service representative. Should have been a 2 to 3 day job. Representative Didn’t call my warranty company for eight days. When I asked to speak to his head service manager he told me he was out of town which was a lie. Then had me wait another four days and still didn’t have my car repaired. In all between his ridiculously poor service and lying he had my car for two weeks. When I picked up my car the service rep that gave me so much grief was sitting 3 feet away from the cashier where I was paying and never acknowledge me or gave an apology. Probably will not be using BMW of the Main Line for service anymore or recommending them to anyone. 😏

I bought a low-mileage certified pre-owned BMW from this
I bought a low-mileage certified pre-owned BMW from this dealer, as well as a Continental Warranty extended warranty. I took it to them for state inspection after putting about 3,500 miles on the car. They failed the car for the safety inspection, claiming a tire tread measured too low, a strut was leaking and needed to be replaced, the brake pads and rotors were shot and needed to be replaced, as did the front windshield wipers. They stated the above repairs were "necessary" to pass inspection and quoted a price of over $5,000. I took the car to an indie repair shop and the car passed inspection without a single repair or part replacement. I was advised that the brake pads and rotors would probably need to be replaced at next year's inspection, and that the strut leak was very minor and the strut most likely has a lot of life left in it. The "low tread" tire was not mentioned so I asked about it. I was told it is not low enough to fail inspection and still has miles left. The wipers weren't mentioned either. My experience was so bad that I won't ever go to them or any BMW dealer again, nor will I buy another BMW vehicle. And I won't buy a Continental Warranty extended warranty again - it has proved to be a complete waste of money. Spare yourself from dealing with this unscrupulous rip-off joint.

The service department at this dealership seems disorganized and chaotic and the Service Advisor Alexey was not responsive. Made appointment for recall items, was told parts were ordered 3-4 weeks prior to appointment date and would be ready. Dropped car off and was told 4 hours of labor, asked if I wanted to wait at the dealership for work to be done or take a loaner vehicle. Took the loaner which was filthy and had been smoked in. At the end of the day hadn't heard anything, SA did not respond to texts. Next day still nothing from Alexey so called service department and no one knew what was going on with the car, so I took the loaner back to dealer to pick the car up. Service department said the parts weren't actually ordered until the car was dropped off and it would be a few more days so I declined the service and took the car home. Waste of time. If this is the way things are run on the front end I'm gonna pass on getting any work done here.
