Awful dealership
I’ve been a customer with them for years and yesterday I went in to buy a used truck from them. And they were completely disrespectful (mostly the truck sales manager, Herman) with their offer for my trade, couldn’t take anything off the truck and their rate was 5.99%. I went to another dealer today and got 3000 more for my trade, the exact truck i wanted and they got me a rate of 3.5%. Don’t waste your time here. Just goto a different ford dealer

Do not use this dealership no accountability
I would not use this dealer for anything .I have 2013 Lincoln MKX I called Jan 27 ,2022 and asked service how much to check my passenger seat out that it would not move back electronically.The answer I got flabbergasted me .They ask me how many miles were on my car and I said 118,000 and then they said we do not work on any car over 100,000 miles there is no accountability for this answer.

Horrible experience with their service center
I brought in my brand new Ford Bronco into the service department because the USB port was not connecting to Car Play all the time. It was connecting sometimes but no rhyme or reason. In addition the audio on the left side when it did connect properly was faulty, the audio was low, you could hear it when you faded the audio to the right side. They had the car for a couple days. When I picked up the car and plugged in phone, it still did not connect. I tried using another cable and had the same issue with car play. I was not even able to check the audio. I asked them to keep the car and to please fix what it was brought in for. I called their work incompetent cause I was told it was fixed. When I tried to show them they didn't want to hear it. I left the car there overnight again to have looked at. I received a call the next morning from Mike McGlinchey, Assistant Service Manager telling me to come pick it up. I asked if the issue was fixed and I was told I was an xxxxxxx for calling his staff incompetent. Now granted I may have been wrong for saying that, but the fact of the matter is that the issue I brought the car in for was not fixed after them having the car a few day's.What was interesting though was that now there was a 'rattle' under the hood that was not there. I had another mechanic look at it and he mentioned a few 'screws' were loose. Now I cannot blame anyone, but I did find it odd. The stereo still does not work properly but I was able to get the CarPlay fixed, though it does not connect a few times a month. This is a brand new Bronco I paid a lot of money for and its ridiculous the way Ford treats people. Again I will admit I was upset when I called them incompetent, honestly they could have been called a lot worse. I have been a FORD owner for the last 20+ years.

Recall Appointment April 30, 2021
I had an appointment for repair of a recall item. The gentlemen I came in contact with were very professional, courteous and friendly. I waited for the car and it was a much shorter wait than I anticipated. Overall I was very pleased with the experience.

Awesome Service!
I was having battery issues. When I called to make an appointment to have it checked, they offered to come pickup my car. Which was very convenient! Not only did they pick up my Lincoln, but they gave me another Lincoln to drive while mine was getting checked. They had my car back the following day and did not have sit and wait for hours at the dealership. Loved the service and if I ever need anything again, I know who to call! A

Great experience
I went in for a routine oil change. I was in and out in 1 hour. Steve greeted me at the door and was very helpful. He informed me about ways to make the most of my visits by downloading the Ford Pass app. This is my second visit with my new car. I am definitely coming back No complaints.
