Amazing Experience
Amazing experience. My sales person, J'mar, was a true rockstar. He got my deal done and even picked me up from Baltimore as my wife didn't want to drive 90 minutes in the rain. His follow-up was perfect. Highly recommend!!

Great Sales then Great Service
I showed early to try and get clarity on a recall that came in the night before and I caught a service writer showing up for work. He asked if I needed help and I explained why I was there. Even though they were not open Carlos (the service writer) seemed sympathetic and asked for me to given him a minute. After he parked his own car he took the time to look into my inquiries and make sure that everything was addressed and even was able to get me in the same day because there was opening. I really appreciated the time that he took to make sure that everything was handled and his caring customer service approach. This is my third vehicle and have nothing but pleasant experiences with everyone I have interacted with.

Buying a pre owned truck
Met J’mar James by calling dealership after seeing a truck on their lot. J’mar made the experience purchasing my truck far better than I expected. It was no pressure and as relaxed a relationship with him as you would expect from a friend. We talked about the trucks on the lot there was to select from and J’mar gave me all the time I needed to decide. Very honest dealer
Very honest dealer, I would recommend this dealer to anyone. I bought a 2011 F350 from them and they gave me an honest price. The salesman wasn’t pushy ( I had Richard Bortner, very honest and kept his word.) The truck did have some mechanical issues, bad wheel bearing and the dealer took care of it. They also filled the truck up with diesel for the inconvenience for driving back down. They didn’t try to upsell on anything, which I like. The price we agreed to for the truck was the price I paid. None of the non sense upsell like vin etching, dealer prep, delivery fees (On used cars) and nitrogen fill tires like other dealers would try to pull on you. They also gave me a fair price for my trade in. I would buy another truck from this dealer, hands down. I also traveled about 2 hours one way to go to the dealer. When I need another personal truck or a company truck for my business I would be back down. Thank you again!

Sold me a Brand new Lemon
I will never recommend or Buy another Ford vehicle again. I bought a new 2020 Ford Transit connect that needs a new transmission already. Its been over 4 weeks and its still in the shop and I'm still paying a Ford car note. I have retain a Lemon Law Lawyer. I should have bought a Nissan...Ford You Suck......9/29/20

STAY AWAY
Had a verbal agreement as to fixing a problem but when the time came to have the problem fixed they reneged on that agreement. Now I’m stuck with a defective car for the next 4 years. Thank you for proving that car sales people really are snakes. DO NOT BUY FROM MURPHY FORD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Don’t deal with Richard
Richard is horrible sales man don’t deal with him he is clueless and he doesn’t care if he will close a deal or not! Murphy should get rid of him Which I’m certain it will happen since he won’t close any deals and he don’t know how to negotiate. Customer service and sales must have a profession person not RICHARD

rude employees
If you want to meet rude and ignorant people go to Murphy Ford. It all starts at the top with their clueless service manager Nick Conte. I have dealt with three different people there and they are all a bunch of a holes. Take your vehicle elsewhere.

buyer beware
Buyer Beware unprofessional do not stand behind their trucks worst experience i have had. and i own 5 trucks, Save yourself the aggravation.. Typical flim flam men. My sales guy was useless and could not answer any questions. The whole team was very unprofessional and did not even listen to complaints. Bald tires no tireJack etc etc. from vince the salesguy to seth the finance flim flam artist. Watch out... and try to complain to owner, Mr Murphy. He is MIA access will be denied, wont answer or speak to a customer who spent 30000.
