Had a verbal agreement as to fixing a problem but when the time came to have the problem fixed they reneged on that agreement. Now I’m stuck with a defective... car for the next 4 years. Thank you for proving that car sales people really are snakes. DO NOT BUY FROM MURPHY FORD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Richard is horrible sales man don’t deal with him he is clueless and he doesn’t care if he will close a deal or not! Murphy should get rid of him Which... I’m certain it will happen since he won’t close any deals and he don’t know how to negotiate. Customer service and sales must have a profession person not RICHARD
If you want to meet rude and ignorant people go to Murphy Ford. It all starts at the top with their clueless service manager Nick Conte. I have dealt with... three different people there and they are all a bunch of a holes. Take your vehicle elsewhere.
Buyer Beware unprofessional do not stand behind their trucks worst experience i have had. and i own 5 trucks, Save yourself the aggravation.. ... Typical flim flam men. My sales guy was useless and could not answer any questions. The whole team was very unprofessional and did not even listen to complaints. Bald tires no tireJack etc etc. from vince the salesguy to seth the finance flim flam artist. Watch out... and try to complain to owner, Mr Murphy. He is MIA access will be denied, wont answer or speak to a customer who spent 30000.
I, had my explorer repaired in your body shop. On 1/3/2019, When it was done I picked it up . drove it .Front end was way off. I called the Service dept.... and was told that ,The alinement they did on front end as good as they could . BECAUSE my drivers side upper control arm was BAD, Well not so, took my explorer to have another alinement done .Told control arm was good Lower ball joint was bad And that was From accident , Which it was in your shop for repairs . The job was not done properly ,Seems like it was hurry up and get it out without checking any steering parts . The tie-rod end on the passengers side was bent like a fishing hook, So mechanic should have checked other parts to so if they were working properly But DIDNOT .or I would not be complaining today. I just might put a bad review in The Delco Times .

Don DeKay was an an amazing sales associate. He took his time, added no pressure, and was very knowledgeable about the cars/inventory. I highly recommend... him!!

not trustworthy a lot of talk and no action tried to gouge the most money possible out of me. should of went elsewhere. Liars all the way to the gm... sales guy good at test drive only. Only interested in how much money they can get out of you nothing else
