Piazza Honda of Springfield

It’s my second time here, and both times have bern very good. I’d recommend Piazza for both extensive repair and express service. I’ll come here again.

Service Department is really great- from check-in to check-out. Advisors are always making sure that they advise of any additional findings of work that needs to be done at the current time or if something needs to be done but can wait until the next visit.

I took my car in for a scheduled maintenance and they discovered my inspection had been overdue. They were able to squeeze me in and get everything completed in the same day on new year's Eve and accommodate the payment over the phone! Very happy with the service! Highly recommend this place!

Sean understood what we wanted: bottom line, competitive pricing without spending an entire day exhausting each other to get to a mutually agreeable deal. With the exception of signing the final paperwork, the deal took place over the phone in my PJ's...perfect.

I went here a few year's ago and was very unimpressed. After realizing I had forgot to book an appointment for inspection at my local place, I reluctantly booked an appointment at Piazza. I am so glad I did! They have really changed things around. Dawn was welcoming and honest about the wait time and estimate. She checked in with me after I had been waiting a bit and updated me on my car. Everything was fairly priced, finished in the time promised and Dawn's customer service was top-notch. Piazza, you have won me back!

Excellent service and the service agent Dawn couldn’t have been nicer! And great sense of humor! Except that the part had to be ordered and then I had to call to reschedule everything went well.
