Treat us like dummies
Can you imagine that you wait for 8 hours at the dealer service. Nobody come over to ask you if you need any help when all the customers left , only is on the waiting room. First of all he didn’t tell me how long it going to take when I said “we will wait”. Then he left without looking for us in the waiting room. He said he called, but my phone didn’t receive any call. He should know we still waiting for the car because we live almost 50 minutes away and we have no car to get home. The whole service center didn’t care we still there waiting for what until we came up and ask for our car. Something are really WRONG !!!! By the way the car we bought only last May (2018) , now we need to recharge the AC fuel. That should last you a while when you buy a new car. He told me because might depend on the way we used it! COME ON! We lived in New Jersey, you think I going to turn the AC in the Winter and let’s it run out!! We bought too many car and we use them more than 3 years , this problem never happen before. We are not DUMMIES. This is a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!

Took too long to diagnose car, price to repair was outrageous, service writer, was friendly, so was cashier when I checked out. valet driver who delivered car was friendly.

Painless renewal of lease
Awesome service, very accommodating in picking out color of our new car. Very patient in explaining new features. Felt all questions I had were answered to my satisfaction.

Love my new car (and Piazza)!!!
I purchased a new Honda Civic from Piazza and am so glad that I did. I had wanted the Toyota Carolla after I had one as a rental last year and went to Concelli with the intention of buying one. The experience alone was so horrible that I decided to check out other cars so we decided to go down the street to look at the Honda's. Within 2 minutes after arriving Frank S came up to us and started going over the car we were looking at in detail. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and patient with all of our questions. After the test drive I still wanted to think about it and the manager came out to offer to let me drive the car for the rest of the weekend. That was a great suggestion because I just needed more time to make sure I was making the right decision. In the end I am so happy I went with the Civic which I now feel is far superior to the Carolla. I am also very impressed with the level of customer service I received at Piazza which is a huge deal to me and can make all the difference. I will definitely be recommending Piazza to anyone I know who is in the market for a new car. Again, a special shout out to our salesman Frank who was AWESOME!
