Lemon car
Robin Ford sold me a lemon 2014 Ford Focus which I have had nothing but issues with,first the TCM went which took 4-6 months to get because they had to replace so many of them,then the antifreeze reservoir went which I had to pay for to get repaired, then had to have the car towed because it wouldn't go in reverse, they had to replace the clutch assembly, now the radio is nothing but loud static, even with the car turned off,you can hear the static from the radio, Ford has acknowledged there's an issue with the radio, but no recall, basically the consumer is on their own to get it repaired! I have an appointment on the 30th,for them to do a diagnosis to tell me the radio is bad,cost at least $100,that doesn't include repairing the radio! Sick of the car,was going to trade it in on Friday the 30th,hoping Robin Ford would try and take care of their customer, saw something I liked,got approved for a $12k loan to buy it,made an appointment to buy the vehicle, when I noticed they had sold it on me! Now I'm still stuck with this lemon of a car until I can get rid of it! Thanks for NOTHING,ROBIN FORD

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TRASH!!!
i NEEDED MY 2013 FORD EXPLORER FIXED WHICH WAS A RECALL AND MY POWER STEERING UNIT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED SO I DECIDED TO TAKE IT TO THE CLOSEST FORD SERVICE DEPARTMENT THAT I COULD FIND BEING AS THOUGH I HAD A FORD I THOUGHT I WAS DOING THE RIGHT THING BY TAKING IT TO PEOPLE WHO WERE HIGHLY SKILLED AND TRAINED IN KNOWING ABOUT THESE VEHICLES. I GOT IT TOWED THERE AND HAD AN APPT SET FOR A WEEK LATER. SO IN ALL THE HAD MY JEEP FOR ABOUT ALMOST THREE WEEKS AND I HAD WARRANTY SO IT WAS MOSTLY PAID FOR BY THAT AND I PAID MY DEDUCTIBLE PLUS A LTTLE EXTRA FOR AN OIL CHANGE WHICH THEY CALL THE WORKS. IT ALL CAME TO ABOUT $560.00 OUT OF POCKET. WHEN I GOT THE JEEP BACK IT SEEMED FINE BUT MAYBE INTO THE SECOND WEEK I STARTED TO NOTICE IT WAS DRIVING DIFFERENT AND MAKING A SLIGHT NOISE. THEN THE DAY I REALLY NOTICED SOMETHING WAS WRONG WAS WHEN IT STARTED TO SMOKE A LTTLE ON THE RIGHT SIDE AND MY AIR CONDITION STOPPED WORKING. OKAY ALSO I NOTCE MY EXHAUST PIPE WAS HANGING WHICH IT NEVER WAS HANGING BEFORE. SO I IMMEDIATLEY REALIZED SOMETHING WASNT DONE RIGHT WHEN I HAD IT AT FORD. SO I TOOK IT TO A DIFFERENT SHOP WHICH WAS YESTERDAY AND GOT A NEW ESTIMATE AND THE MECHANIC TLD ME WHOEVER DD MY CAR LAST DIDNT PUT THE BOLTS ANDSCREWS ALL BACK TO MY ENGINE AND MOTOR. MIND YOUTHEY HAD TO PUT IN A WHOLE NEW POWER STEERING SYSYTEM SO ALOT OF THINGS PROBABLY HAD TO BE REMOVED AND PUT BACK WHICH IS FINE. BUT DO IT RIGHT IS WHAT IM SAYING NOT SOME RINKY DINK xxx JOB OR HALF xxx ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAD IT FOR THREE WEEKS!! THE DAY I SAW THE PIPE HANGING I ACTUALLY TOOK IT BACK PAST THERE AND BOB NORBECK TOOK IT FOR A RIDE AND TOLD ME IT WAS THE EXHAUST AND THAT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH WHT I HAD GOT DONE . OK SO WHAT BUT IT WASNT PROPERLY PUT BACK TOGETHER WHICH CAUSED OTHER PROBLEMS FROM THE SCREWS BEING MISSING AND ME DRIVING IT OF COURSE ITS GONNA CAUSE OTHER PROBLEMS. ALSO HEY DIDNT PUT A NEW STICKER ON MY WINDOW FOR THE OIL CHANGE AND I NOTICED MY COOLANT WAS LOW SO IDK IF THEY EVEN DID AN OIL CHANGE ORT FILLED MY FLUIDS FOR $75.00 PLUS TAX. THI IS SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE AND I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY CAR BACK THERE EVER. THEY MECHANICS IS TRASH AND DO BOGUS JOBS!!! AND THEY BEHIND THE SCENES. AND WHEN I CALL I NEVER CAN GET A MANAGER OR ANYONE I CAN TALK TO TO ADDRESS MY ISSUES. THEY JUS TOOK MY MONEY AND LEFT ME WITH A BIG xxx MESS TO CLEAN UP!!!FORD SERVICE SUCKS!!! GET IT TOGETHER! AND I ELCOME ANYONE FROM THERE TO CALL ME BACK AND ADDRESS THIS ISSUE. I REALLY WOULD LIKE MY 560 BACK I PAID OUT OF POCKET FOREAL CAUSE I DESERVE IT. YALL GOT MY CAR SOUNDING LIKE A DUMP TRUCK WHEN IT WAS QUIET AS A CHURCH MOUSE BEFORE I BRUNG IT TO YOUSMH JUS AWFUL! IM DONE HERE I THINK I MADE MY POINT!
