1st time customer
I have been a long time customer of Fred Bean Ford, but lost the ability to trust their service staff. I met Brian Max and based upon my trust in his advice, tried John Kennedy for my next required service. I found the experience to be more than I could have expected as a 1st time customer. All of my concerns about my truck were addressed during the visit. Everyone was respectful and seemed to care about my truck as much as I do. I shall return in 5K miles for my next service. john

2015 Esca[e
Came in for Oil Change and realized I forgot that I had a recall notice, stopped at the Service Desk and Chris got me scheduled for the next day and was completed in less than an hour. Chris knows me and is always helpful and courteous.

The service was very responsive. However, my Bluetooth is still not working as it should. It is better, but not great like my previous 2013 Escape.
