Davis Acura

Horrible experience. No warnings on dash board but my vehicle needs $11,500 in service. Will never purchase another Acura or Honda. Will never do business with Davis again. Ridiculous. I understand if I ignored service warnings but I had none. Shame on Acura

John Roche is no good. This guy went from finance manager to used-car sales guru. He might be the king of taking your money. John uses scare tactics and brutal psychology to get you out of your car for under market value and into one of his cheap used cars over market value. If you are looking for a dealership you can trust, this is not the one. Do better John Roche and definitely do better owners of Davis. I had previously purchased a used vehicle from Davis Acura, and it was a pleasurable experience, so we returned. Our salesperson, Tim, was very professional and courteous and treated us with the utmost respect. We purchased another vehicle, and the experience was once again pleasurable. There were no pressure tactics, and the paperwork was a smooth process. I would certainly buy from this dealership again and would recommend it highly to my friends and family.
