Beware of the financing tactics at this dealership. I came in knowing the man in charge based on a friends referral. They did not take care of My husband and I. I was in a bind and needed a car asap. I now have an astronomical loan-to-value (LTV) ratio meaning I owe $11, 000 thousand more than the car is even worth today. They focused entirely on the 'monthly payment' to distract me from the total loan amount and the 84-month term they locked me into. This is predatory lending at its worst. I left thinking I got a deal, but I’m now financially trapped in a car that I can't sell or trade without coming up with over $10,000 out of pocket. Do yourself a favor and bring your own financing from a credit union—do not trust their 'in-house' math."

Jack Grimes & Davis Acura are the absolute best in the business! I purchased a certified use Acura from this dealership. I never had any mechanical issues or problems with the car. Jack was very attentive to me when I purchased the car and steered me in the right direction to get a vehicle that would best suit my needs. No pressure or over selling at all. Maintenance department was incredible for preventative work like oil changes, etc. I was least felt like a valued customer whenever I had my car serviced. Davis gets the job done—in the right way!

Horrible experience. No warnings on dash board but my vehicle needs $11,500 in service. Will never purchase another Acura or Honda. Will never do business with Davis again. Ridiculous. I understand if I ignored service warnings but I had none. Shame on Acura
