    I spent five hours looking at cars. Most of their cars have something wrong with them. I finally decided on a car and sat down to make a deal. That was... the time they told me their $3,000 over fair market value car was non negotiable. Then the dealer huffed and puffed when I tried to negotiate. Here I though negotiating with a dealer was standard practice unless they tell you up front otherwise. A complete waste of time.

    So, basically I went there to take a look at a car, and out of nowhere, car had extra $1795 on top of listed price. That means, listed price isn’t the... price they selling that car. They told me that they put about that in the description of advertisement. My question is, why would you post that car $1795 less than it’s price? They say they have the best price for certified cars, but lots of people come there and look at the price where they post it already if you’ve put a downpayment. After all, is that a good deal then? Be careful people, read their descriptions very very carefully if you don’t want to get ripped off. As soon as I found out about that trick they did to me, I left right away, i was ready to buy the car, put I didnt.

    Jack Grimes was a patient professional car salesmen. He was polite,as well as very knowledgeable and I felt like I was in a positive position as he explained... the condition of the car .     In this day and age of the internet you'd think they'd realize that word would get out about something like tacking on 2 grand in fees to the internet... price, but I guess they don't! Don't even bother. They are falsely advertising.

    Was shopping for a Sienna which the had a good deal on according to the comps. When asked for their best/final they said it was already there and that... besides taxes/tags there was a $1495 charge for a safety and reconditioning fee. This was explained as an avg of their inventory service repairs needed to get the vehicles up to their used car sale standard. Good luck!

    They hide fees to get ‘great price” rating from autotrader..the price looks good then when you go for a test drive they tell you there is a 2K reconditioning... fee...go elsewhere, much better deals at every other dealer.

    Selected a vehicle online, seemed reasonable and went to dealership for purchase. They charge extra $1850 as a reconditioning hidden fees from advertised... price, didn't like hidden fees. Wasn't expecting this from an Acura dealership. Purchase from another Acura which doesn't scam with hidden fees.
