Great Service

I received great service at McCafferty Ford! i was told that I would be there half the day for an inspection, oil change, and other services. They had a shuttle service and I went to the mall! My Ford Edge was finished right after I got back! Thank you McCafferty Ford!

They eventually get there...

Negotiation process is laughable. Finance folks have no clue regarding what is being said on their website and what they put in front of you. A complete waste of time until I walked out and manager flagged me down in the parking lot. They eventually came around but wasted hours in the process. Sales guy John was great.

Since our purchase, we have returned for service several times. Service is always prompt and efficient. If your service advisor is unavailable, another will assist you. We get in and out quickly.

'05 GT

Tim Potts serviced my '05 GT, it was due an Inspection and a Driver's side Airbag replacement. Job was completed very quickly. Tim even took time to catch up with me.
