William Teixeira was our salesman he was great!

William Teixeira was our salesman he was great! He had a positive attitude and was very personable. The manager, I think his name was Rob, was patient he explained everything and answered all our questions to help us make the best decision for ourselves.

Was a great service experience ?car was in for inspection & got a call about a concern that I didn?t even mention ?they let me know what was wrong & ordered the part ..service will let me know when it comes in and they will fo the repair ?

2 hour wait for a oil change !

2 hour wait for a oil change ! Why did the oil change only building / office cease to be. Now I must check in to the service desk for repairs to get a oil change ! A big step backwards for the customer. Not happy.

Went in for a test drive and ended up buying. Jessica was friendly and professional and explained everything in detail. Same goes for Bryce. Would recommend.

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!

WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! Bought a BRAND NEW RAM 2500 Tradesman in 2022 here. Bought the extended warranty too. Brought it in 4 times for service on the Gas tank in the 1st year of ownership & to this day they can't fix the problem(it clicks off every few seconds when filling the tank at any local gas station). NOW we brought it in for Water pouring in the Dashboard when it rains on passenger side. Brought it in Monday morning, said we needed diagnoses at least by Wednesday night (72hrs). We need to make rental plans so need an estimate. As of Tuesday afternoon they can't diagnose & can't tell us when they can. We told them multiple times the Cowl drain seems clogged & that Ram cares forums says its a problem. They tell us it's not that & that drains are clear. We just got home, put water on the cowl with a hose...guess what, they aren't clear! They are holding water! Also never even touched the cowl...no fingerprints on hood or cowl. They went & charged us $191 for diagnostics... yet they didn't diagnose anything. All they did was pull the glove box out (takes 5min!) And BROKE the string on it we just noticed when we got home. We are going to another shop, escalating this issue with MOPAR. Will NEVER use Reedman Toll again for Purchase or Service. The stress & amount of trips we have made to them for a BRAND NEW TRUCK is unbelievable. •

Excellent service both on car and customer care. Highly recommend the Toll Jeep service people. Have been using them for the past 10 years. I have a 2014 w 190,000 miles

Jessica Parent was amazing from start to finish . She was professional, courteous, patient and informative throughout our buying process. This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from Reedman Toll and

This is my 3rd vehicle purchased from Reedman Toll and second RAM. I hit 350,000+ miles on my 2004 RAM, 125,000+ on my Jeep Cherokee and recently on my 2019 RAM 100,000 miles. All servicing at Reedman Toll. I recently returned from a 10,000 mile trip to the Arctic circle & Alaska and my vehicle had no issues. On my return I had the 100,000 mile service done and all fluids replaced. They did a great job. I would highly recommend Reedman Toll.
