My salesman Jeff Madison was absolutely top notch, no nonsense and no BS. I went to two other Toyota dealers on this day and walked out due to staff incompetence,... I came in and told Jeff the kind of person I am and would not stand for any BS and he was right onboard with me. The process was great and would highly recommend this dealership and Jeff in particular to purchase a new car, I will be sending family member to Jeff for their new cars/trucks.
The leasing experience I had there was awful. Hidden fees and costs that Chris Colon told after I signed the lease and not before. I leased a 2020 corolla... se that ended costs me more than I signed up for. Anyone Who is buying or leasing there should stay away and go to Honda instead. Stay away

The service department does not stand behind their work. 2016 Toyota Camry with 20k miles was driven into water. An insurance claim was made and the... dealership said it needed a new short block. The work was done and within 600 miles the upper engine was making noise. Metal shavings were founding the oil. Team Toyota does not want to take responsibility for an engine with 20k miles on it going bad within 600 miles of them working not it. Either they made error in replacing parts or failed to correctly diagnose the problem. The reason the get to stars is because they were professional and polite while denying any responsibility.
Very poor treatment today.was supposed to meet with manager Rob mcginley today...must have been too busy for me.He didnt look very busy kicked back in... his chair in his office laughing with another employee...after meeting with a different salesperson with very little expierience and 2 hours later after paperwork that was done prior to me getting there ,we couldnt reach an agreement.it happens but was a huge waste of time .salesman walks me to mcginleys office to let him know i was leaving.he flung his arm at me and mumbled something..guy never even got up to say hello .Take your money somewhere else where they appreciate their customers.i purchased 9 vehicles there.and will not go back again..stay away
This dealership is not for people with no credit or co-signer unless you can put half of the price of car down.....how many people can do that? Otherwise... the Internet person was very nice and willing to make appointment until the sales manager told her no deal for me
Right from the start, the sales rep that answered the phone was polite and helpful. He made sure the '06 Sienna that I was considering was available.... When I came in for a test ride, a very knowledgeable associate went along with me to help figure out the particulars on this car. Coming back in to agree on a price turned out to be a pleasant experience as well. The Sienna was offered to me at a very fair price without any pressure to buy. To top things off, Team Toyota made a generous offer for my trade in. I drove in planning on just a test ride and drove away with a "new" family car thanks to the fair and friendly staff. I will definitely recommend Team Toyota to my family and friends as a dealership you can trust .

My salesperson was knowledgeable and patient, and courteous . He spent a good amount of time explaining my options and even arranged for me to meet with... him after the sale to continue familiarizing me with the " bells and whistles ".
