Had my vehicle inspected while I waited,. It took about 2 hours. Also, got oil changed, and a new cabin air filter.

My car was serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. The service agent explained in detail what was performed, tire treads and when I would need to replace tires; and all service points checked on my vehicle. The service office is consumer friendly and the staff as usual is courteous and efficient.

I went there trying to buy a used vehicle. My family has an extent background in the car industry so I know how this works but the sales person I spoke with was very unprofessional and insulting. He started off by lying right to my face about what I could and could not do. He became very nervous when I caught him in the middle of his scheme. He then tried to change the subject and talk about something else (He didn't know but I specialized in this). He started to go off on another reason I couldn't purchase a car. When I corrected him again he became very defensive and basically got me out of his office because he knew he was wrong. He obviously doesn't get caught off guard very often. His name is Guy and yes he may play the part very well but remember it's his job to play people. I would never recommend him to anyone because of how unprofessional his behavior was.

Staff and service are great. They explained everything in detail and did not try to sell me services I did not need. I have always had a positive experience with service at Colonial Nisssn.

Was very pleased and satisfied with my tech John. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. Answered all my questions about my car. Will request him only to check my car...if he is unavailable would reschedule until he is.

I always have a great experience here. The staff is always friendly and courteous and they always go over my services with me. I ups recommend buying a car and having your car serviced here. They're excellent.

I've been using Colonial Nissan in Feasterville, Pa for a few years now and have been extremely satisfied. They are efficient and friendly. Their waiting facilities are very customer oriented and comfortable. It's always a pleasure to go there for service or to purchase a car.

Vehicle was in for service. Battery was replaced, brakes were done, tires were rotated and aligned. Service as performed was excellent, done by experienced technicians.
