Excellent service, clean facilities.

The service was excellent. the wait was timely and convenient. The service technician was helpful in advising me of a better time schedule when coming in for service. Late evenings cause me to experience tremendous traffic problems traveling from West Phila. to Trevose.

Great service , Great experience

Our sales rep. John Gross was very professional and we felt very comfortable dealing with him. He was very helpful with showing us how to use all the great features on our new car. This is the third car we have purchased through Faulkner.

Satisfied Customer

Did everthing requested. I shopped around with other Dealers, Faulkner offered the best price for my tires and brakes given their promotional discounts. The other Dealers that I called did't offer a free car rental. I decided to replace all tires and brakes at once as a result. Now I'm good for another 40,000 miles.

Best of the best!!!!!

My CTS/V was all over Faulkner Cadillac, body shop and GMC this week. To avoid being hit by a careless driver, I had to swerve in a parking lot and hit the curb damaging my tire, wheel and bumper cover. I arranged to have the bodywork done ( flawlessly), state inspection, 4 wheel alignment, switch winter to summer tires and to GMC for a final detailing. The car was moved all around efficiently so as not to waste time while waiting for ordered parts. The Cadillac service is always 5 star! John is the best service advisor! The body shop was perfect! Like factory fresh when done! Rich and Lauren were a pleasure. And Dave Malinowski at GMC has always been great as I have had several Pontiacs serviced there and currently have a 2005 GTO collector car I bring in for state inspection, oil change and detailing which was done this week as well! Steve does the best detail work I have ever seen. Do I love Faulkner? Absolutely the best of the best!!!

A pleasurable visit to Faulkner

Being it was our first visit to the service department we weren't sure what to do or where to go. Mike, a service writer asked us to come in to his office and have a seat. He was extremely nice and respectful. After telling us what they were going to do he walked us to the service waiting room and told us it would be approximately an hour and that he would come and get us when our new SRX was done. Less than an hour it was done. Mike led us to the cashier and introduced us to her. He told us if we needed anything at all to contact him. Mike was very polite and made the experience at Faulkner a pleasure. We were very pleased. later he came into the waiting room with a smile and said that our Caddy was done. He walked us to the
