DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!Called them five...

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!! Called them five minutes before they were closing - told them I wanted to purchase a vehicle - of course, typical salesperson response "YES, we have the vehicle available!" I got my loan, check made payable to their establishment - less than 12 hours later (overnight, mind you) MYSTERIOUSLY.... the car somehow was sold??!!!! SCAM...SCAM...SCAM... I would have given ZERO stars but that is not an option. All they had to say was, sorry, that car sold when the initial phone call was made! They even ASKED for the VIN and put me on hold to CHECK it! I'm pretty sure that is just false advertising if not flat out lying. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Terrible Customer Service

Was interested in buying a used car from this dealership and was in communication with a salesman and set up a time to take a look at the vehicle. I live about an hour away from the dealership, but didn't mind the drive because I was very interested in the car. I had a friend drive up and meet me there as well to help me out with the car buying process. Once we arrived, I asked for the salesman I had been talking to by name and someone else brought my friend and I to a desk and explained that the salesman I had been in contact with works from home and he would not be there. We were then sat at a desk for a couple of minutes while another salesman tries to find the keys of the vehicle we were going to look at. He then comes back only to tell us that the car had been sold about 2 hours prior to us showing up. The problem with this is that I was emailing the original salesman about the cars availability while on my way to the dealership and he had not mentioned anything about already selling it. He seemed like he couldn't care less and just wanted us to leave. Wasted money on tolls and gas and wasted my friends time, who drove almost 2 hours to get there. Very rude salesman and communication must be horrible amongst the team there. Do not recommend this dealership to anyone at all.

Unpleasant Experience Buying Certified Pre-Owned

I purchased a pickup truck at Faulkner Buick GMC Feasterville-Trevose on 9/24/20. It was far from my house, but they had the vehicle I wanted for a decent price. All the salespeople, managers, and finance people were very respectful. I had to work with 2 salespeople due to one being on their day off the day I came in, and then returning the following day when I picked the car. I also had to work with both the new car manager and used car manager. Unfortunately, on the day I picked up the vehicle, it had to be in the service department for a few hours which resulted in me being there for a few hours, and not being able to inspect the vehicle before the service department closed that day at 5:00pm. When the salesperson notified me the vehicle was ready just before 5:00pm, the car was dirty, unpresentable really for such an expensive car. I notified the salesperson that the car would need to be cleaned before I could take delivery, pointed out the flaws, and he drove it back to the detailing shop. 30 minutes later, he returned and handed me the keys. He said the detailing shop went over it again. I had run out of time that day after being there for almost 4 hours to pick up the car, and I drove it home. When I got home I put my belongings back in the car, and to my surprise, THE CAR WAS STILL DISGUTING. Take a look at the attached pictures and decide for yourself if that is how you would want to drive home after purchasing a new car. There were spilled drinks in the cupholders and door panels, dark stains and food on the seat, a mark on the headliner, and scuffs all over the exterior of the car. I immediately emailed the salesperson and notified him that the condition of the vehicle was unacceptable, the same day I drove it home. The following day, he and the used car manager called me back and said there is nothing they can do, and that customers should take care of this before delivery. Recall I told the salesperson before delivery already and he said the car was good to go. I spent the following evening cleaning the car myself, and fixing all the other problems they had sold the car with, like a missing piece on the glovebox and a bent sidestep/running board. It took me hours to clean and recondition it, something the dealer said they had already done. It doesn't make sense to me why Faulkner GMC would not add a happy customer to their portfolio, and offer me a rebate to get my car detailed, or make the situation right in some other way. I would have been genuinely impressed and written a much different review if they had immediately called me back, eager to make make the situation right. Unfortunately for everyone, they decided not to. Thank you for reading

Excellence in service department, that’s who it’s done!

Called Gmc service Dept & spoke to Pat Duffy about problem I was having, told me to bring in immediately dropped my suburban off & within less than an 1/2 hr. was on my way with a brand new loaner. He & Dave Malinowski took excellent care of me . That’s what customer service is all about !! I should know I myself am in the service industry. Bought used KIA from Faulker GMC

One week after I brought my used car the sunroof switch broke and the brakes started grinding. Took 3 weeks to fix the sunroof and they refused to fix the grinding twice. They pointed out the problem but wont fix it. They didn't fix the shaking in the sunroof. It rattles. And even though the gave me new fix the tires are almost bald so I have to take it back again. I have a service contract but I question the 160 point service check they advertise on used cars. My car was returned dirtier then I gave it to them and I have unlimited washes. They didn't even clean up their footprints in my car. So much for detailing.

Nice experience!

I'm your typical person who equates dealing with car dealers as favorably as being beaten with a sledgehammer. It's been torture for consumers for many years. Luckily for people like me the internet has streamlined the process (if you prefer it that way) to where you can handle the bulk of the transaction before having to go to the dealer to kick the tires. I basically want the finances done before I ever leave the house. Then if I go and like the car I can almost just sign and get out of Dodge(or Buick in this case) and leave behind all the staring salesman that look at you like chum as soon as you walk through the door. So bottom line we started the transaction through email and indicated that we wanted to have the financing approved and set before we came for the test drive. They had no problem with that. The manager called after we did the online application and gave us our options. We then set up the visit. Everyone was pleasant, even the guy at the greeting desk. We did the test drive, dealt with the dreaded finance guy, who was also pleasant, added a warranty which was presented very easily and cleanly, signed the deal and got out without any hassle or pressure. Maybe some people prefer the old school way of visiting the dealer and test driving first, then sitting with all the relevant actors, but again I want to be there as little as possible. Basically sign and drive. That's what we asked for and they delivered with smiles all around. I would recommend to a friend.

Liars and not helpful at all.

I bought my used truck from this dealership. 2 weeks after my purchase I ran into many problems I needed to fix on it. Upon bringing it in for the first service they told me a list of problems that was wrong with it including a plug in the side wall of my tire (very dangerous) which they sold to me like that and then made me pay for the tire anyway. I had brought it in for a horrible noise it was making and they told me my starter was bad and they checked my flex plate and it was fine (they charged me for this diagnosis). So I brought the truck home and had a certified mechanic replace the starter because it was much cheaper, only to find out the new starter did not fix it. My truck wouldn’t start now so taking the starter out i saw the new one was all chewed up, turned my crankshaft around to inspect the flex plate to find it COMPLETELY CHEWED UP WITH TEETH MISSING IN MULTIPLE SPOTS. So whatever “technician” looked at my truck obviously never looked at it. Now I’m down 2 starters and need my flex plate replaced and all the the service writer had to say when I called was that it was all my own fault. I also sent an email to the sales guy I bought it from listing all the things gone wrong in such a short amount of time (owned it for about 5 months now) and all he said was he would send the email to someone hire up and that was weeks ago and I still have not gotten an answer back. Overall this dealership sold me a lemon and have been absolutely no help it trying to get it fixed and now I have resorted to taking it to a new dealership. DO NOT take your vehicles here they charge you for work they didn’t even do and don’t answer when you ask for help with problems THEY SOLD IT with.

I did purchase a car

Average: We found the sales person to be dedicated to selling the car we asked about, I'll leave that there.... Recalls on the car had not been resolved as we had been assured they were. Finance was aggressive with pushing the extended warranty, seemed they were taking the 7 no approach seriously. When dealing with the Service division (to resolve the recalls) we've only experienced wonderful customer service.
