Service Customer

It was the 1st time being at a service dealership and nobody was screaming at customer service about something. I couldn't believe You just pull up to the door and somebody opens it and then somebody comes to Me while still in the car and asked what I needed. It was a very relaxed waiting room with TV,coffee,cookies,candy and restrooms. We were there for about an hour and somebody came up to Us and explained what was done to our car and took us to the counter for paperwork. The best part was, We didn't have to pay anything. Great Service

We have been getting our cars seviced at Faulkner for the past 8 plus years. Joe C. has taken great care of us along with the service team. Because of that we decided after 11 years of buying our cars at another buick dealership we would give Faulkner all of our business. In the past we spoke with Chuck so Monday when we dropped our Regal off for service we spolke with Chuck and before we knew it we were leaving in a new Enclave. Chuck was Great he did not pressure us. He just did his job and we have already recommended friends to go see Chuck.

Faulkner is still the king of car dealers

Initially we had a few "bumps in the road" with agreeing on the dollar amounts that both parties could agree upon, but eventually we worked out the figures that were acceptable to both sides and within a few hours I drove out with my brand new 2015 GMC Terrain and I love it. Back in the day my parents bought all of their cars from Mr. Henry Faulkner and the Faulkner tradition is still intact and moving forward you will now have 3rd generation Faulkner family shoppers. Recent Service at Faulkner Buick

My recent service at Faulkner Buick was great. I was kept aware of the repair situation and, when it was obvious that the repairs would require that my car remain there overnight, I was given a loaner car. All repairs were completed to my satisfaction.

Excellent service, great staff

Steve Camuccio is a great salesman. He gave us a great price on our lease and provided us with wonder service and is extremely knowledge about the Encore that we purchased. Steve made buying a car painless and there was no price haggling. I never had such a great car purchase experience as I did at Failkner! We will definitely recommend your dealership to friends and family and we will definitely be return customers! Steve was an awesome salesman!
