Very unprofessional!

Very unprofessional! We found the car that she like online and asked if it was still available and they said yes. The drive there and home was three hours, when we got there the car was sold. So, we looked around and found the car she liked. They took my daughter's downpayment to hold the car. We came back maybe three or four days after to complete the sale; they sold the car to another person. All this time saying the car is ours. What a joke! Very Unreliable.

I absolutely take responsibility for my lack of attention

I absolutely take responsibility for my lack of attention but this dealership pulled a little switcheroo on me and should never be trusted. At the signing table with the work up sheet, I agreed to go thru them to finance as they stated they would match the rate my bank was offering. I went to take a picture of the sheet and was told a copy would be given to me. Then came all the paperwork to sign. They were rushing me a bit as they were about to close for the night. I finished everything and was out the door with my new car. A few months went by and I was filing some paperwork for my car payment when I noticed my interest rate was not the rate my bank offered and they stated they would match. when i called the dealership with all my screenshots and proof and I was told, too bad , I should have noticed it that night we can't do anything now. This was 100% intentional. they rushed me and changed the rate. Corenia was the sales person. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP, BUT IF YOU MUST, READ EVERYTHING TWICE SO YOU DONT GET SCREWED LIKE I DID!!! Update- they added a " oh no, we are so sorry, we will call you to see what happened. GUESS WHATl- they didnt!!! Dont make my mistake and take your butt to a whole different dealership. SPRINGFIELD DOESNT GIVE A CRAP ONCE THAT CAR IS SOLD. ❤️1

I recently visited Scott Kia of Springfield and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. My first interaction was with Anthony Jordan in Vehicle Maintenance, who went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot an issue with my sunroof, during some of the rainiest days of the month, no less. He not only worked to find a solution but also gave me honest advice about considering a trade-in and exploring a lease option. I also want to recognize Lauren Eakin from the Lead Generation team for her clear and consistent communication leading up to my visit. But by far, the best part of my experience was working with Steve Hill, my Dealer Representative. Steve was transparent, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel like I was being "sold" on anything. I came in very hesitant (I haven’t had a car payment in over five years) but Steve made me feel great about my decision and genuinely excited about this next step with Kia. John Agavino, the Finance Manager, was a class act. He made the entire process seamless and even helped me arrange for a copy of my trade-in vehicle’s title, allowing me to take the new leased car home the same day. He was personable, patient, and incredibly helpful. Paul Sargent and Steve LaMonaca, from Management, were also excellent and checked in throughout the process to make sure everything was going smoothly. I originally came in just to browse and ended up leaving with a new car! This isn’t my first time at Scott Kia. I purchased my 2015 Optima there brand new with 0 miles, had it serviced there even after the warranty expired, and finally traded it in at 84k miles. The staff has always been friendly, honest, and helpful. They turned something I typically dread, buying or leasing a car, into a genuinely enjoyable experience. This dealership is truly one of a kind.
