Fraudulent billing!

Fraudulent billing!! Horrible customer service! Charged $800 for labor when diagnostics take 10 minutes and my part had four clips to install! CROOKS!!!

I have not been at a ford dealer ship in a while-But Springfield made me wonder why I ever stopped going to ford for cars- The entire team was awesome- I had a great experience and I now have a great car

Horrible from beginning to end.

Horrible from beginning to end. Salesperson made inappropriate remarks during sales process. Promised to call my insurance company. Never did. Had an accident. No insurance transferred as promised. Left with thousands of dollars to pay for repairs. Registered letters to GM went unanswered. Horrible experience

Tom was very helpful throughout the process.

Tom was very helpful throughout the process. Took us some time to sort some electrical issues, as we bought an EV. No pressure from Tom, despite delay. Transaction was simple and straightforward. Finance office also a pleasure.
