I cannot express my gratitude enough for the treatment I received. Don Biddle, Don Reed and Tom Brown, thank you all for being so helpful and empathetic towards my particular situation. You made what would have been a very stressful time for me very easy. I now have a beautiful Ford EcoSport, Thank you!!

DONT GO TO THIS DEALER!

DONT GO TO THIS DEALER!!! I called in wanted to purchase a truck that I already was pre qualified for and had the check ready to purchase. After running me around all day they ran my credit multiple time after I repeated told them not to do it . They were Aware of my approval but wanted me to finance it through them so they can add all types of dealer fees . I spoke with mike and the sales manager and basically was told to xxxx off or bring in the check to get the truck .. so unless you want extra fees and 15 inquiries on your credit DONT GO HERE ! They aren’t honest and will tell you anything to get you into the dealership to mess up your credit at the expense of them selling you a car even if you have your own financing already .

Customer Satisfaction

It’s all about you the customer. This is not just some Company advertising gimmick, they really mean it. I have found that if your service is small or monumental like having your engine replaced, Chapman service is with you so you get the up most care. I speak from experience..

Oil change

Every time i need work on my passat i get the best of service from champman Volkswagen. I have no complaints, service is always on point. Never had to bring my passat back for the same issue.
