Mr. Steve was very welcoming to me when I arrived. Waiting area was very clean, nice set up. Great hospitality offering snacks & something to drink while you wait for service. When everything was done Mr. Steve came & talk to me about my service that was done on the car & also my concern about my passenger back right tirer. He also was very knowledgeable when given me Tirer information & where the pressure of the tires should have when driving. What I loved about Mr. Steve personality is he was very pleasant, smile on his face greeting when I came & when he walk me to my car & gave me the keys when the work was completed. Also, he said if I have any issue with the car or tirers, feel free to contact him or the deal ship back. He gets the employee of the day. Rate Mr. Steve 100 in my book & would refer a friend or family member to Faulkner Dealership.

I went in for my check engine light. I was going to wait for my car but they informed me that it may take a while. Then they offered to drive me home because I didn't have a ride back. They called me later to tell me the status of my car and 2 hours later it was finished. Easy check out and pick up process. And as always friendly customer service.

I had to bring my Accent in to resolve a few recall issues. Recalls are fixed free of charge, but I was afraid they were gonna do me like Pep Boys with frivolous up charges and add-ons. NOPE. There are plenty of things a mechanic could find on my car, but they simply did the required work with great communication and a friendly, professional attitude.

The customer service was impeccable . Steve was a great help with the servicing of the car and promptly calling me a Lyft. I will definitely recommend this dealership to someone else.

Actually seem to care which is rare today. Persnable and efficient. Service department great n not outrageously priced. They have never said "oh, you may need this" n try to charge me more. Highly recommended.
