Kevin and the team at Dunphy Ford are the best. I've gotten several cars from them (2 Escapes and a Bronco) and they are very knowledgeable and helpful without pressuring you. I would highly recommend them and will continue to buys cars from them.

The used cars they have are not good,and when you have problems with it you are going to be stuck with whatever happens. They are very disrespectfully

The salesman John was excellent .The service department was very disrespectful especially the manager . needs to talk to people and give better information to a value customer who has bought several cars over the years from this dealership.

I waited nearly 18 months for my Bronco and was not treated with the level of respect I would expect a customer to be treated. I was lied to several times about where employees were, when they would be available, and what was being done to help me. I have redeemed several thousand Ford Pass rewards for seat covers and floor liners through other dealerships that are much less convenient to me because this place will never see my face or business again. The service manager Bruce is the only person who was helpful and I haven’t had any service related issues aside from the terrible customer service. I’m still waiting on a call back from GM Marty from a month ago. Do yourself a favor and buy your Ford somewhere else.

I'm retracting my original review as I made it too prematurely - the vehicle was in NO WAY the condition which the walk-around videos showed. Furthermore, the car has been in the body shop for work 4 weeks out of the 6 weeks I have owned it. My vehicle, in perfect cond was traded in to a "supposed wholesaler who would only pay xx" - it's on their lot for 4k more than my trade in value. The vehicle I purchased was in terrible mechanical condition also, with extremely dirty filters and dangerously low coolant level. They'll tell you they pride themselves on being a small, hobest dealership. The sucked me in for sure. But don't let the same thing happen to you.
