Bad dealership

The used cars they have are not good,and when you have problems with it you are going to be stuck with whatever happens. They are very disrespectfully

Terrible

I'm retracting my original review as I made it too prematurely - the vehicle was in NO WAY the condition which the walk-around videos showed. Furthermore, the car has been in the body shop for work 4 weeks out of the 6 weeks I have owned it. My vehicle, in perfect cond was traded in to a "supposed wholesaler who would only pay xx" - it's on their lot for 4k more than my trade in value. The vehicle I purchased was in terrible mechanical condition also, with extremely dirty filters and dangerously low coolant level. They'll tell you they pride themselves on being a small, hobest dealership. The sucked me in for sure. But don't let the same thing happen to you.

Best Car Shopping Experience Ever

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a car. From the time my husband and I got out our car, we received the warmest welcome from Ryan Palmer. When I first saw the Ford Edge Titanium I fell in love with the interior. Ryan began telling us about the car and invited us to take a test drive.Best test drive ever. He knew so much about the vehicle and showed us how everything worked, it was like he made the vehicles himself. I was sold after that. Everything went so smooth. He's one of the best salesmen I've ever came across." He can train a lot of them so called salesmen." He made us comfortable and very relaxed through it all. One of the best experiences I had. When you're in the market for purchasing a car, go see Ryan Palmer at Dunphy Ford, you won't be let down. You'll want to buy that car just like we did. I just love my car!! I highly recommend Dunphy Ford and Ryan Palmer if you're looking for that special vehicle. Thanks Ryan. It was our pleasure!!!!

Excellent Service

We came up all the way from Virginia to buy a car at Dunphy Ford. They had a type of van that was difficult to get anywhere else, and they accepted a deposit to hold the vehicle for two weeks. Once were on site, they were extremely flexible and fast. John was a friendly, genuine salesman and he explained all of our options clearly. The location is a bit difficult to get to, but it was well worth it. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience!!!!

I went to many other car dealers, but this was the best experience. Steve was so professional on the phone and in person. The nicest and most professional to deal with. Manager Mark was very professional and treated us with great respect as customer. I would recommend them to everyone. Please stop by at least once, if you are looking for good car buying experience. It's highly pissible you may not need to make any other stop at any other dealership. All other car salesmen should learn from them. Thank you Steve and Mark.

PHYLLIS HARTNETY

I HAVE BEEIN DEALING WITH DUNPHY FORD FOR A LEAST 12 YEARS, BOTH WITH NEW VEHICLES AND THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WELL. BOTH THE SERVICE STAFF AND THE SALES PEOPLE HAVE BEEN VERY INFORMATIVE AND HAVE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING COMPLETELY. MY DAUGHTER ALSO USES DUNPHY FORD FOR SERVICE AND IN 2-3 MONTHS WILL BE GOING TO THEM FOR A NEW VEHICHLE. I MYSELF WILL ONLY USE DUNPHY FORD PHYLLIS AND MARTY DO A GREAT JOB TO TRY AND MEET MY NEEDS AS TO WHAT I NEED IN A CAR.

Mr. Charles Hesser

Brought my 2013 Fusion in for Insp. and thought I would need a new tire. Turns out it had a small leak and was repaired. I was really pleased with that. I've had several minor issues over the years and all were resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you Dunphy Ford.
