Acura of Limerick

I have been to this dealership many times for service. I have always had a satisfactory experience until now. I went for a routine oil change that included checking fluids. the service rep handling my case said ok see you in an hour. after an hour and a half she came into the waiting area to inform me of the status of my car. I said wow it is taking a long time . when I finally got to take my car she told me with an ATTITUDE that my service ususall takes 1.5 hours. I said but you toold me it would only be an hour . She just rolled her eyes and went on about her job.

Not only do I bring my Wife's MDX to Acura of Limerick for service I also bring my kid's Honda's and my BMW there as well because the service advisors are so polite and informative.

Prompt, trustworthy, explanation of service codes, work and what to expect going forward for the vehicle

They were right on time for my appointment and even though scheduled to be done they decided that my tires did not need to be rotated and so did not charge me for that
