Recently purchased A brand new 2024 Nissan Altima so from
Recently purchased A brand new 2024 Nissan Altima so from Matt Blatt New Jersey dealership. However I live in Pennsylvania so I needed my inspection stickers changed from New Jersey to Pennsylvania. I Was told on the phone from a teller at Chapman Nissan that my pa state inspection would be free due to my car was brand new and there was no need to run any extra tests I only had 800 miles on it. Just needed the stickers changed thats all . I was lied to by Chapman Nissan and had to pay over $130 for an unnecessary amount of tests that I never asked for I felt completely robbed and taken advantage of by this dealership.

Fast and efficient…..great service and friendly staff especially Dwayne…..the staff keeps you abreast of your vehicle’s progress….they also send you a video after your vehicle is serviced apprising you of it’s status.

Great Customer Service
The Nissan Dealership was great in handling an issue I had with my car. They fixed it immediately. They even took us home so we didn’t have to wait while they repaired our car. They even picked us up at our home so we can take our car home. Great customer service. I would recommend them for any issues you may have.
