Check-up and oil change
Fast and efficient…..great service and friendly staff especially Dwayne…..the staff keeps you abreast of your vehicle’s progress….they also send you a video after your vehicle is serviced apprising you of it’s status.

Great Customer Service
The Nissan Dealership was great in handling an issue I had with my car. They fixed it immediately. They even took us home so we didn’t have to wait while they repaired our car. They even picked us up at our home so we can take our car home. Great customer service. I would recommend them for any issues you may have.

Service for a new Remote Key
Went to have my remote key to my Nissan Centra checked because it didn't work. Was told it would cost $135.00 to have it reprogrammed but if it didn't work with the reprogramming, I would have to get a new key for $245.00 plus pay another $135.00 to have it programmed. Really? What a racket! Over the years, I bought other Nissan cars but I am not happy at all (Not that you care how I feel).

As always professional, courteous intelligent
As always professional, courteous intelligent knowledgeable team and staff who sent free transportation. Service is fairly priced. Jahaira, my service advisor made sure that I was fully aware what was being done to my vehicle. Most importantly the cost. Zac in my Tech texted me a service video of the exactly what was being done along with explanations. When all was said and done a free Lyft ride to Chapman to pick up my hand washed and polished vehicle. The Lyft, Leo, driver arrived within four minutes in the vehicle, his pix, information about him and his vehicle. The cashier was kind and courteous with a warm friendly smile. Even the techs and advisors who weren't directly assisting me were kind and helpful. A great place to go to maintain your vehicle.
