Always a pleasant experience going to Chapman Nissan. Danny and the rest of the team always go above and beyond to ensure my visit is not only efficient but also enjoyable. I can always count on the expert technicians to do the job right the first time and I always trust that my car is in good hands in the shop. Wouldn’t trust anyone else to work on my car. Highly highly recommend for all of your Nissan needs!!

My last visit here I will not be returning. I went for an oil change, and I’ve noticed my car making very loud noise as if I’m now dragging something. It feels like my engine is about to fall out all these noises that was not there when I dropped my car off for a regular normal oil change. I live literally four minutes from the dealership so there’s no need for me to speed. I get my oil change after work so My car is parked till the very next day when I gotta go back to work. Now I noticed my car is completely different so I take it back to the dealership and he blames everything on a piece that’s hanging in the back by the tire that was never missing a piece to be hanging and rubbing against the tire before, sir. How did the pieces end up missing during a normal oil change? So I lift up the hood and there’s pieces missing. Where are the windshield wiper fluid is being stored is now missing a piece which noun causes it to shake because the piece is missing, and i’ve noticed It’s another few random pieces that’s missing and has everything under the hood Just shake. random pieces are missing that was there when I dropped my car . I look under the bottom. Random pieces are missing that has things just shaking when you drive and when the wind blowing from driving, which causes it to rub up against the tire now, why are these pieces missing when I only drop my car off for a normal oil change? I got no answers mind you my car was just recorded the day before this oil change for a completely different reason so when I ran back the video and noticed the piece is where on my car now they aren’t after this oil change told me a whole lot that they’re taking my car apart, destroying little pieces just for me to have to bring it back and pay for services that was not necessary or needed, so I no longer want them to work on my car at all. Next, I went there to inquire about a new car and they’re running my Social Security number for credit checks on cars. I am not interested in and I specifically stated this is the only car I want. How much does it cost? Would it be better if I do it this way cash out on most of the car and finance the rest like what would be my best option for this one particular car and they kept pushing me to get something that I did not want until I left just to get all the notifications that they’re running my numbers for other cars that I have no interest in year make and model. The Nissan dealership on Essington is a big no-no for me. They try to make me look like I was crazy, but when I walk in there with the video that was done on my car the day before for other reasons and how my car was when they returned it back to me after a normal oil change only they cannot give me an explanation for things that they did to my car. Like why are you taking pieces off my back tire if I’m only getting an oil change why are you taking certain pieces off of my engine that has nothing to do with an oil change mind you this is something I am now going to school for so of course I’m noticing the changes that you’re doing on my car that’s unnecessary. They don’t expect these things from a woman and feel like they can destroy damage and charge you up because they think you’re not paying attention.

We take your allegations about missing or loose vehicle components, the noises following your oil change, and the handling of your credit application seriously. We also apologize if you felt pressured or treated differently during either interaction. Our management team would like to review the before-and-after video, repair order, technician documentation, and credit-inquiry records with you. Please contact our service manager and sales manager directly so we can investigate exactly what occurred and provide you with a clear response. We understand that your trust must be earned, and we would appreciate the opportunity to address these concerns properly. The price for an alternator was $1800 double the price of my regular mechanic shop who does an awesome job on my car ! Prices are unreasonable for the average person and my car is a 2016

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern about the quoted cost of replacing the alternator on your 2016 vehicle. Dealership estimates may differ from independent repair shops because of differences in parts, labor, warranties, and repair procedures; however, we recognize that affordability is important. We would be happy to review the estimate with you, explain what was included, and address any questions you may have.
