I’ve been dealing with this dealership for about 10 yrs. I was disappointed that the service advisor did not return my calls and here it is day 3. After this experience, I promise to never purchase another vehicle from Chapman Nissan!

I thank Nissan Service Department for the quality work on my vehicle for six years. Nissan's cost for services rendered on vehicle repairs is at fair market value. I learned any vehicle will last longer with quality care not the quantity of services.

I wish to inform you of my dissatisfaction with my service at Chapman Nissan this morning. Last week I used the online system to schedule my 85,000 mile service quoted at $74.95 online. This included an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. My car was the first one in as the service door was opened at 7:31 AM. I informed the service writer that I would be waiting for my car. At 9:10 AM a service tech entered the waiting area and spoke to the woman that was behind me in the service line. Again, my car was the first car in as the service door opened. When I questioned the service tech about the status of my car, I was informed that it was still being worked on. I looked through the glass into the shop and my car was directly in front of me in the air. Yet no one was working on it. After I went to the service writer, a technician then went to my car and began the inspection of the undercarriage. Then the service writer came back with recommendations that I decided to hold off (because I needed to be in a 10:00 AM meeting). I asked if they could finish, and that's when the tech began to rotate the tires, then perform the oil change. My car had been in the shop since 7:30 AM and by then it was 9:15 AM. I asked if they could finish up the paperwork, and then was reminded of a 3% transaction fee if paying by credit card (which was nowhere on the website). Then atter looking at the invoice, I was charged $84.95 instead of the $74.95 advertised online. Then I saw a $1.75 "misc fee" on the invoice, then another $1.75 "misc fee" as well. I was in a hurry to get to my 10:00 AM meeting so I paid and left. When I called back to inquire about the fees I called the 215-492-9351 number on my invoice. Only to find out that this number is not a working number (yet its printed in half inch letters on the Chapman Letterhead). When I called the 215-492-1200 on my credit card receipt, I was told "those fees are "something we have no control over". I have attached photos of the online price, and the invoice with the two misc. charges. I feel as though it's a "bait and switch tactic" They advertise a lower price online, but when it's time to pay they hit you with "Oh, the online price is incorrect, and there is also a 3% transaction fee if you pay by credit card that we didn't tell you about, and then there is a $1.75 misc fee that we can't do anything about on one line, then there is another $1.75 misc fee that we can't do anything about either." I am not a happy customer right now!

Great place to get your card serviced been going to Chapman Nissan for many years bought many vehicles and will be going back in December great job to everyone.
Great Customer Service
The service rep Raven Watson was very professional, helpful and polite. I came in to get an oil change and didn’t realize my registration was expiring soon. She made a suggestion and I was able to get everything handled in one day at a reasonable price. The mechanic was fast and I was in and out within a timely fashion.

Left in the dark.
Work was done but got no updates during the day as usual. I had to text twice with no response finally had to call and was put on hold after 10 minutes was told the car was ready. Dropped car off at 8 did not get the car until 4 with no updates in between.
The staff was very friendly.
The staff was very friendly. They greeted me immediately and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be going back whenever I need any type of service.
