Another great experience
I don't usually characterize having my car serviced as, "A great experience," but it really was. My teenager drives the car I brought it so safety is my main concern. Chris always listens. He truly cares that my child's car is safe to drive. He never makes me feel silly about my concerns. I am happy I found him. Thank you again!

Neal went above and beyone to hep me get my first NEW car.
I have never leased or owned a new car. I talked to Neal and told him what I could afford and he went the end to make that happen for me. I am In Love with my new car. I will most definitely tell everyone where I got a great deal and Best service ,that being your place.. So again I want to say Thank You to everyone for making a dream come true.. Gina was also great to work with. It felt like I was chatting with a family member.

They are so bad pep boys is working on my car
I was a loyal 24 year customer. In the past few years I have been cheated, lied to and robbed by them. I gave bad rating and service writer told me my bad ratings costed him money. He gives me dirty looks and I feel unsafe going there. I bought at least 5 cars there and had them all serviced there. The sales manager that lives on 11th street in Philadelphia is a lying cheat. Terry the service manager is just as bad.

Excellent Service
Steve was excellent in providing quotes and explanations for the necessary service, repairs were performed well and I was kept informed of the progress as the vehicle went between departments. Service prices were fair and competitive. I will be back if needed.
