Megan and Neil were very helpful thru the process of buying my 2015 Chevy Silverado. I appreciated the fact that they took care of the Chevy recalls before selling me the vehicle. This was an honest and decent thing to do. Honesty goes a LONG way these days and it’s always a huge plus dealing with pleasant people! -Matt F

My appointment for an oil change and a safety call was at 10 am and they confirmed I could get my car back by 4 PM it was not available to pick up until 5:30 and no one as going to call me and give me an update. I was extremely frustrated with their service team. I never received the video inspection I was supposed to either.

I had a recall on my 2015 Lincoln MKT for the rear camera and they never repaired it! Gave my vehicle back to me! Never said why they didn’t replace or repaired !
