LEASING A NEW CAR
THE SALESPERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT WE WERE LOOKING TO LEASE. HE WAS VERY PATIENT AND ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS WE ASKED. THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL WITH GETTING US THE PAYMENT WE WERE COMFORTABLE WITH.

Almost a nightmare BUT
Wasn't sure if i was getting good used car or not started at one dealer for great used car listed on thier website Chapman Chevy in the automall but funny thing they couldnt find the keys to it.... wind some other sales man than one i talked to on phone tries to switch me to higher cost used Mailbu list price $8990. Well it all was just to get me there from get go I could not finance a low cost car today minimum is $500 I left ............Shorten story knowing my dealers and thier history went back up to Pacifico ford a 75 yr old business. MY sales Man steve got me the financing at high interest and i drove home a 2011 Dodge Caliber Heat with only 50 K miles on it .... Instantly in test drive i took to this car it just fit me .I was comfortable with it a full 5 mile drive this car has no visible wear in engine it was so clean you could eat off it. I was lucky knowing about Pacifico Ford Hyundai. I never thought i was coming home in this car.

Very friendly and helpful. But they did forget to put a sticker on my windshield for when the next oil change is due, other than that nothing to complain about.

Bad Experience!!!
I received a quote over the phone through one of the internet specialist (Kirt). I was told by Kirt that he would assign me a salesman and so that when I cam in the saleman would be aware and we would all be on the same page. To say the least! Long story short . . . . Earl was our salesman and was not aware of my conversation with Kirt. I was trading my car in and getting a portion of the cash back, which a few other dealers offered me (typed out in detail). After being there for several hours, thinking that I was getting this car and everything was fine, and just before I went to sign (pen in hand) I noticed what I thought was an error and Kirt told me that I was not getting any cash back for the car. Worst experience I ever had. To top it off, I got a phone call from Earl asking if I found a car and that I must have "misunderstood" what Kirt told. Trust me, it was no misundersanding, more like greed on their part! No big deal, they didn't get the sale:)

The absolute best!!
I was looking into a Ford Escape. I supplied my contact information online and within minutes I received a call from Pacifico to come in for a Test Drive. By the end of the night I was driving I-95 north in my new escape! Gary Holmes helped make my decision to buy so much easier and helped me fall in love with the car I had my eyes on!!! Gary & everyone at Pacifico that night was so welcoming and very attentive! I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy my new Escape!
