They are miss leading about the vehicles they have for sale, fast talking untrustworthy dealers.
The vehicle was listed online as having 21,000 miles and that’s what we were looking for low mileage. But once they showed us the vehicle it had 6,000 more miles than listed. They told us that the manager had used it as a demo ( never listed as a demo) during the test drive you can feel the alignment was very off. We used our own finance company. They weren’t to happy about that it seemed. We Purchased the car. But they half xxx cleaned it up found a lemon pie under the back seat from April. Stains we saw on the side of the seat were still there. Candy 🍬 in between the track. And the oil change was on 40% . So basically someone drove the vehicle and wore out and 182 points inspection and sold it AS IS !! The manager Chris had said himself the vehicle had just come back in the day before we came to see it. So there’s no way they inspected that vehicle. I wrote a poor review and only got 2 extra oil change big deal. I want my vehicle put through the inspection so then I’ll feel satisfied. Some what.. I will not recommend piazza to anyone that I care about. Because they said we were family but they come from the bad side of it . I hope my car is better than the people who sold it to me. They never call back either off or on vacation it’s been over a month since I got the car just still feeling unsettling about the situation..
Disappointed
I had issues from the beginning the vehicle’s miles were way over what was listed online. They don’t detail their vehicles, tastykake pie found under the back seat. Stains on the leather seats. Siriusxm radio isn’t on. The alignment was off. The oil was at 40%.Called spoke with Chris he Explained how the car I brought the manager was using it as a demo,so that’s probably how the vehicle had over 6,000 miles. Chris offer oil changes six. But after speaking with my husband we both feel like if they did 182 inspection like chris said they do when they first get there vehicles. Then the manager wiped out everything and anything that may have been done. So we’re not feeling as if they care like they say.How can you call it a certified vehicle once you put 6,000 miles on it than listed. It should have been done all over before purchasing. If the oil wasn’t done what’s to say anything else may have been done. I wish I had of backed out of the deal because I haven’t felt confident that I got a good deal and it’s only been 2wks

Piazza honda has been one of best places I ever got my car serviced. Working with the service staff was a awesome experience. Basically a nice place to get your car fixed with confidence

They were lying about the warranty, it’s supposed to come with every new Honda but they tried to charge me 3000 for something that is supposed to come with new Hondas and then when I asked they said other places charge for it which is false, try will lie to make a deal.

This was the first car purchase I made at Piazza Philadelphia, it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. John Zheng and Nick Zimmermann were a pleasure to do business with.
Bait and Switch
Very poor experience. I was quoted a price for a used vehicle (by a salesman Bryan AND his manager) and I agreed to it. When I called the next day to make the purchase, another manager (Sal) reneged and said they couldn't sell the vehicle for the quoted price. I called again for the next three days, to understand what had changed and if there hadn't been interest in the vehicle maybe they'd change their mind and honor their price to me....I never got anyone to answer the call or return a message. The salesman had been GREAT with responsiveness and clarity, so the safe bet is that he was instructed to ignore me. Not sure if it was a miscommunication internally or a deliberate tactic to get me interested in a car then try to take me for a little better price...but either way, very shady. I guess Karma took care of it, though, because the car was on the lot (and listed on their website) for three more months before they reduced the price to within $100 of what had been our agreement. Won't be shopping here, anymore.

Jun Zheng was fantastic, from start to finish he was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended. He made the decision to go with Piazza easy.
A pleasure to deal with
It was a pleasure working with PO and Adam. Car was priced fairly and we didn't have to hassle too much over the extended warranty. Both were knowledgeable and helpful. Would purchase again here.

Tony went above and beyond. He worked for HOURS to make sure we walked out with a car well within our budget THAT DAY. Not only was he able to find an alternative to our original choice he made sure we didn't feel like we were settling for less. He was very personable, and even remembered how to say my extremely difficult foriegn name after only telling him once. He was hospitable and extremely honest during the long wait we went through, but he made it worth it. He went through all of the controls with us, and even set some of them up (including bluetooth). I am absolutely astonished by his service and would recommend anyone to seek him out for your car needs. Thank you so much Tony! You truly made this experience for first time car buyers extremely easy, friendly, and memorable! I could not have asked for a better experience!
