Avoid them

I agreed on a purchase price with them - no confusion the sales associate quoted it back to me. After getting a quote from my bank, and doing all the paperwork (less than a day later) they raised the price by $3k. This was their statement: "we feel that $24,995 is a good price for this vehicle. So we cannot lower the price." Outright shady dealership. Avoid them at all costs.

I have purchase a car from this dealership that was not...

I have purchase a car from this dealership that was not legal to drive and failed inspection, I took it back them for repairs and they only fixed the issues with the car that they wanted too, so I took it back to get inspected and it failed once again, after the 3rd time taking back to ford they finally fixed the issue and I had to once again take it back to.get inspected, in total I lost 3 days of work because of car that would not pass inspection that they sold to me, along with that I've gone to the dealership 3 times in 3 weeks to get my money back for the 2 extra inspections I had to pay, and also I had to lose 3 days of working running around with the car but they don't care about that, and they said they will.mail the check and never did and won't give me my money while I was there, also now my temp plate expires tomorrow and they don't even know if it can be extended, so as of tomorrow I have a car I can't drive, The used car sales man Steve was the one who I dealed with along side the sales manager Jake! I do not recommend ANY going here because they do not care about the customers at all and returned to me a car that wasn't properly repaired and failed inspection 2 times!!

Explorer Purchase

After talking with other dealers and getting the run around, I inquired with Paoli Ford about a model on their website after hours during the week. They confirmed having the vehicle on the lot the following morning via text message and email which was appreciated. We visited the store later that evening and were promptly greeted by numerous people. DJ was our sales rep and he was down to earth, easy to work with and very helpful while answering questions and addressing concerns. I was apprehensive about visiting a car dealer “on the main line” but that apprehension was quelled rather quickly. I completed the initial finance docs online which saved time. The finances presented by DJ were the same as what I saw online. My fear was they would try to make changes. They did not. It was a straight forward process and I chose a payment in less than 60 seconds because it was the same information I viewed (and was expecting) online earlier in the day. Working with Terrance, the finance manager, was easy and stress free as well. He presented options that were helpful without pressure. I’m confident my vehicle will be protected for years to come. Overall, I highly recommend this dealer. Everyone there was approachable, positive, courteous, efficient and professional. Most of all they were honest and didn’t play games. They didn’t try to tack on any extra fees as many dealers do. It was a very positive experience and I encourage everyone to contact Paoli Ford if you want a transparent, stress free dealer experience. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you DJ, Terrance and Lex!! You all are great folks and it was a pleasure to work with you.

Purchased a Corvette from this dealership and had it...

Purchased a Corvette from this dealership and had it shipped to me. They detailed the vehicle before it got picked up by my transport company and made sure all of the extra parts were inside the vehicle for me. I am in the car business myself and I got the same type of service I provide to my customers. I am 1200 miles away and was worried about not seeing the car but they were very transparent and made sure I knew about everything upfront.

Horrible customer service in used car area. Only care...

Horrible customer service in used car area. Only care about money. Waited for a full week on delivery of my son's purchase only to have another sales rep sell it out from under us. Bob was so worried about his $50 commission that they wouldn't schedule a time for purchase because he had plans. If you are rich and want to play games. By all means shop here. If not move on.
