Excellent dealership

The dealership was very upfront about pricing and was able to meet my needs and provided a quality automobile. There was never any high pressure salesmanship that is often associated with going into a car dealership. Gianna was a pleasure to work with -- no surprises.

Favorite Dealership

This is my 5th consecutive SONATA ,and I find CONCELLI to be an excellent dealership to work with, they are friendly and caring...The service department is one of the best!

Nice Place to do business :)

Had a good experience at Conicelli Hyundai. Went in knowing what we wanted, down to the options and color. Asked a few questions, took a short test drive. It was a Saturday, so it was pretty busy, which made things take a little longer, but our sales guy, Steve, kept checking in with us, and sent us to the sales manager to get a head start on some things while he was busy. They were very patient with us as we tried to figure out some financing decisions, addressed some of our concerns about options and pricing, and took the time to make sure all of our questions were answered. They didn't have the color/option combination we wanted in stock, but found another dealer in the area that did, and were able to get us what we wanted with a couple of days. Steve followed up with us, and was very helpful with a follow up question or two. Overall, we're very happy. And it never hurts when they have Philly Pretzel Factory pretzels available!

I didn't have a good experience during the purchase. I wish I had a smooth transaction. I was forced to buy complete protection plan and I was paid less than what I was quoted for the trade in.

Surprise

I only wanted to know how much my 2013 Elantra will be worth and to my surprise I drove out with a 2017 red Elantra.

Great!

From start to finish, a great experience . John my Salesman and Juan in Finance were a pleasure to work with. In between, it was nice to have someone as nice as Bet to talk to also. Thanx to all 3 of you for making our time spent at your dealership an easy and pleasurable experience. When this lease is over, I want to come back for another one.

Sloppy dealer

Well I found the car I wanted online called to see if it was available it was I put an application on line and got approved 3 hrs before I went in I asked if it was still there sales man said yes I was happy my co work dropped me off after 15 min the salesperson said that was a dummy car they use on line nice thanks so he showed me 3 other cars one with a big dent he said well it's a used car the fourth car was the charm I loved it and said I will take it I was buying for my wife as a surprise I showed him the online coupon that said I would get a 30 prepaid gift card for doing the test drive he said ok they had to find them but he does think they do that any more but showed the date saying it's good to 4/29 he said he would get me one I said ok so I went back to sign my life away he took the car to get cleaned up after 40 min the car was brought back but they kept the floor matts any did a half xxx job. But it was good enough just to surprise the wife while out the door I asked about the 30 he said they ran out a will give me a free oil change they also forgot to top of the gas like the say they do to every car they sale. after she got home I surprise he she loved it until she pulled the seat up and it was covered in oil We wiped it up and then she took the sun visor down and it was covers in dry wax I went to the passenger side to get in and it had soda spilled one the side all I can say is they got me good I will not buy another car again from them I attached pictures to back my story as you can see in the last pic the salesman lied to me about the card and oil change if this place lies like this please don't buy a car from them I know it's small but when your spending 16000 this small stuff adds up especially when they cannot be honest to you
