Working at the dealership was one of the most demoralizing experiences I’ve ever had. The environment was toxic from the top down. Managers regularly belittled employees, speaking to us with zero respect and often in front of others just to assert dominance. It felt less like a workplace and more like a place where your self-worth was chipped away day by day. To make matters worse, the pay was never consistent. Week after week, we were left guessing when—or if—we’d be paid on time. There was always some excuse, always a delay, and never any accountability. It’s hard enough dealing with verbal abuse daily, but doing it while struggling to get paid what you’ve already earned? That’s beyond frustrating—it’s degrading. This wasn’t just a bad job; it was a lesson in how not to treat people. If you’re looking to get into car sales stay away!!!!

The 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe I bought up there has been
The 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe I bought up there has been burning oil since a bought it. Service was supposed to work with me in remedying this issue but they treated me like I was a nuisance and noted was corrected. Now the car is undriveable and will cost more than I have to repair. It doesn't make sense to repair a car that burns oil. I have come to learn that this is an issue with Hyundai engines.

Parts Dept on March 26 SAT i called 10 times twice no one
Parts Dept on March 26 SAT i called 10 times twice no one picked up had to get parts somewhere else because we needed the part for my Customers car on Monday gave them another shot on the 19th of April same thing so i have to take my parts orders with another dealer because Saturday is when i order most of my parts so we have them Monday never had that problem before always received my parts next day and the write parts.

With the rush of March deals and incoming tariffs, Bradley, Stephanie and Jaron worked hard to get me in and out on a Monday in a new EV. They worked quickly to get my wife (who owned my trade) in and out and back to work. Everything went great and I’d highly recommend!

Stay away!
Stay away!!! I bought two cars one for me, one for my granddaughter. Her vehicle is constantly in the shop. Mine did pretty well until November 2024. I needed a new oil valve regulator. The service rep said I could take it to any dealer. I took it to Trenton Hyundai. In my warranty I get a rental car. Trenton didn't have one so I had to shell out $600 for a rental. I was supposed to get that money back, I never did. Now the problem is that the car is doing the same thing. I got the code it is the same. I called Conicelli to explain, that my granddaughter's wedding is on Friday and I need to leave on Wednesday, I need my car serviced and a rental car if it is not done in time. The lady on the phone was rude, telling me it wouldn't happen the way I wanted it to, she said we don't have rental cars right now and it won't be done by Wednesday, I explained that it's not a want it is a need, I can't miss my granddaughter wedding. She said you're calling at 3 pm on Monday, I told her Sunday you're closed and I work as a therapist for Crisis, this was the first chance I had to call. She couldn't help me. I called Trenton and they of course don't have a rental car. I am so upset! High-pressured sales and no help with the warranty. I don't know what to do, I am 63 and have never had so many problems with a dealership. I will never purchase a car here again. She didn't even care that I was pleading with her to help me so I don't miss my granddaughter's wedding. Unbelievable!!!!
